how good are they at gift giving?

I think Tsuna's an okay gift giver. I imagine he's the kind of person who puts a lot of thought into what he would get someone as a gift. Granted that would probably come with a lot of dithering and second-guessing but he'd get there eventually.

And it would also depend on the person. He'd have an easier time getting something for Reborn or his mom than he would for Kyoko or Haru. And the rest of his friends are probably all scattered in there.

What would the one thing Tsuna would've changed about his life without the knowledge of consequences?

I think he would have liked to have been less clumsy regardless of anything. It's one thing to be bad at school and sports but to be clumsy on top of that? Yeah, cut him some slack.
