So all right: What makes this a complicated question is that Altea had different weather than Earth, and by extension, different seasons! And it sounds like the climate would have been far more arid, given that they lacked our precipitation and instead had burning rocks falling from the sky. Yikes. I think her favorite season was whatever which one was mildest, and didn't have flaming death from above.
As far as Earth seasons go, she's still learning about them! And right now... her favorite is anything but that one Avalon just came out of, with all the snow and ice and rain and cold and wet. Once she sees more of the year, I think she'll like that time between summer and fall best, since the weather will be cool enough to be novel without being unpleasant. And she'll love the leaves changing colors... as long as someone explains that the plants are not all dying, it's fine, they do this every year.

Favorite and least favorite parts of Avalon so far?

As far as her least favorite thing... I had to really think about this! I think it's the transportation, actually. She went from piloting an entire castle-ship and the Blue Lion, on top of some of the smaller vehicles shown on the ship — to say nothing of the fact that the team was jumping across the entire universe from planet to planet — I think that going from place to place feels much slower to her here, and that can be irksome when you're otherwise hitting the ground running with a new life.
also she keeps running into this one jerk who drives her insaneno subject

Uh... maybe try to win over the Blue Lion sooner, so she didn't have to sulk about not being a Paladin for so long?
It's a tough question, honestly. She's not one to dwell on her mistakes, and not because she isn't aware of them — she's forward-facing enough that her reaction tends to be less "how did I screw this up" and more "what can I do to fix this".
In fact, I think if she's unfair to herself about anything, it's more likely to be in the present moment, if she feels like there's more she could be doing.

Though, Keith tends to hold on to his regret a little bit longer. That said, though, I don't think there's anything really that he would do differently.
