LOL yes. They are for carving through all that meat he craves. I imagine he also has some scarring in his mouth from accidentally biting himself ( though haven't we all ). Interestingly enough, I've seen some official art suggesting his molars are actually flat, so those are some small mercies.

And when Kirishima is super hungry his face basically just goes flip-top trash can and he shovels it in like some sort of alligator anyway.
