kind of depends on what you mean by difficult here but he'll try to make contact but he definitely wouldn't be too pushy, there's no point in forcing anything, after all. he'd rather match the other person's pace, all things considered!

if he doesn't agree with something that such a person does, he'll tell them without beating around the bush, though.
