I'm assuming you mean "journal" as in dreamwidth journal and not a notebook that you write in, because you don't really name those, but.... If she had a personal dreamwidth-or-something-like-it journal....

It would probably be named something lame like "8million_thoughts" to play on the meaning of the kanji in her name but also the fact that she's in her head a lot and this is where she is recording her personal thoughts and feelings.
