I see... well, allow me to explain. Where I'm from, almost everyone has a Quirk; a special power that they are able to do, much like a superpower. Dark Shadow is mine, a being of shadows who resides within me that I can command. I've had him for as long as I can remember... but now I can't feel where Dark Shadow is.
