Going forward, from here, we will start having CR memes closer to the start of the month so it doesn't get lost in a shower of wonderful new player OOC intros. We haven't decided on an explicit date yet, but we will announce once we decide, but we wanted to get the CR Meme up as promised! Info: Sharp-tongued catgirl who is a former (very recently former) child soldier for an evil empire. Has a ruthless streak a mile wide, and trust and self-worth issues for days, which she mostly compensates for by being a cocky little terror. She is working on being a better person and on How To Friend Properly, but it's definitely a work in progress.
Magic & Familiar: Dark magic, cait sidhe familiar.
Desired CR: I'm starting from the ground floor here, so I'm good with anything. Friends, enemies, people to be suspicious with, people to be suspicious of...
Known Plans: Getting used to having magic is going to be a big one - she never studied sorcery, and she isn't a princess, so this is all new and she's not sure she trusts it. Once she's convinced that yes, this is real, this isn't just a bizarre end of the world hallucination, she's definitely going to be sticking her nose in where it doesn't belong, and working on figuring out where she wants to fit and who she wants to be since she has a fairly clean slate here.

Canon: Dust: An Elysian Tail
Info: Dust woke up amnesiac in a forest one day and immediately got a talking sword and a little flying friend. He proceeded to kick ass across across a whole country, destroy an army, suplex airships, and fight a similar ultimate badass, both of them so strong only the volcano they were fighting over could take them out.
Magic & Familiar: Quetzalcoatl, a little winged serpent, and Elemental, starting with a focus on wind.
Desired CR: Since Dust is absent his best friend in Fidget, he's going to be a little slow and hesitant to reach out -- particularly since most of you are pretty weird what with being human, and because he expects this to be a short, brutal adventure that ends in his death. So the guy needs friends, and people who won't be put off by his species and will be a little patient with him. And people who will help him adapt to technology. And people who will help him adapt to a life that isn't one constant battle, and things like sleeping indoors.

Info: Misumi is a lover of triangles, first and foremost, and also a bit of an airhead. He's mostly laid-back and easy-going, but he's also extremely athletic and does parkour. Also he's an actor and pretty darn good, so he can improvise things pretty well. Mostly, though, he's a happy kind of guy who will find triangles just... wherever.
Magic & Familiar: Light Magic and his familiar is a Nekomata whose ears he will not stop scritching and who he keeps meowing at for some reason.
Desired CR: Mostly friendship! It'll be very difficult for Misumi to have enemies - maybe people who thinks he's annoying, but that he thinks are friends, but that's a whole other category of relationship.
Known Plans: Honestly, I don't really have anything in mind! I'm happy to just see where things end up. But I love Arthurian mythology desperately so I knew I had to be here!

Info: Kyoko is... um... not neurotypical. At all. The brief version avoiding as many spoilers as possible is that she is a fairy tale obsessed teenager who lived the first half of what she thought was her Cinderella story until her prince turned out to be the villian. So she vowed to get revenge and decided to do so... by becoming a world class actress. But acting became more than revenge and sometimes the "souls" of her characters take her over... So you might be talking to Kyoko one moment, and one of her characters the next. (In her world that doesn't happen OFTEN, but this isn't her world so she may get triggered into them more or less often, thread depending.)

Magic & Familiar: She has a grudge spirit! In her world very few people can see them at all, but she always could. And once one of them got kidnapped... The grudge spirit is more or less what it sounds like. Similar to a personal poltergeist. Her magic is Light, because that amuses me far too much.
Desired CR: Pretty much anything! I love positive and negative CR both. Warning though she gets super clingy with friends and vicious with enemies.
Known Plans: Well she has already affixed herself to Zelda, but other than that... she is sure she is in the "fairy world", so she will probably be looking for Corn, a fairy she befriended as a child. I cannot say more about Corn without spoilers. >.>
Other: Warning: Subject to dramatic and sometimes borderline violent mood swings. And her mind tends to go down unpredictable paths, so good luck figuring out when she is going to swing. For gifs....

Info: Little pink man who wears pink. Donovan is a grandfather age bard who is the only non-magical member of a strongly magical family. He lives for bad puns and good music, and loves openly.
Magic & Familiar: He has elemental magic both because I feel like that gives me the most options for puns, and because in his canon someone with lightning magic uses it to turn his acoustic guitar electric, and I thought it would be cool if he could do that himself! His familiar is a hot pink flying jackalope.
Desired CR: Friends. Found Family. It is very hard to have lasting negative CR with Donovan. I might be up for that once he understands how to control his magic, but until then it will be too easy to do too much damage.

Info: The crown prince of a modern Israel-AU country called Gilboa, who can't quite get the respect of his father and makes lots of very poor choices, including flouting the will of his country's deity and trying to take the crown from his father (and future-king David). There's a good heart in there... somewhere... he is just used to drowning it in spite and politics.
Magic & Familiar: Animal magic, and his familiar is a butterfly spirit. In his canon, butterflies are used by god to display favor for the royal family and to deliver messages. It's not helpless, but it sure doesn't look very impressive.
Desired CR: At the risk of sounding like everybody else, everything? He needs people he can relate to, people who can break past his smiling front to get at real feeling, people to annoy him, and people who he can work together with on things like quests and plots.
Known Plans: Just getting him more used to his magic, for now. He needs to learn it can in fact be useful instead of just annoying to hear what animals are talking about.
Other: This is my first time playing this character anywhere, so I'm excited to see what happens!

Info: I will provide a little more history and info with her wiki link Here.

Some info on her though. Lily was born in a poor French village to a poor family that had too many children to feed. From a young age she caused bad things to happen around her which caused her family and village to call her a devil and brand her face with a mark showing this. She is pretty childish a lot of ways but loves her new family, the Baskervilles. In a lot of ways she can be cruel but that is because of her job as a Baskerville. When she makes friends she will cling onto them and if they betray her it ends badly for them. Most times her emotions do get the better of her.

Ability to heal from injuries sustained from outside the Abyss. A good example of this is when she was shot in the head with a gun by Reim. It hurt and she bled but it did not kill her. While Fang was able to be killed by Break's chain the mad hatter. This is mainly because they are close to chains themselves and that anything, besides something of the Abyss, can not kill them.

Another ability is the fact that Lily can warp the reality around her. This is manifested in the form of bad luck following her. It's because of this that her village thought it was the work of a devil and branded her. The actual reason is because she's a Baskerville.

The main ability that Lily uses, however, is her chain, Bandersnatch. She formed an illegal contract with the chain sometime after she was taken into the Baskerville estate. A chain is a creature of the Abyss that a human can form a contract with, usually being told they will receive something in return for the contract. While it will kill most and they will be dragged into the Abyss, Baskerville's are special and able to form contracts without falling into the Abyss. Lily is very close to her chain and treats it lovingly, holding a special bond. He is her primary means of protection as well as attacking.
Magic & Familiar: Dark Magic & Matagot usually taking the form a black cat for her.
Desired CR: Any and all! I am ready to throw her at some people! She is a little bratty at times but she would love friends. Teasing is also 100% okay she deals with it from someone in canon lol

Canon: Katekyou Hitman Reborn!
Info: Angry mixed Italian/Japanese teenager with a nicotine addiction. He makes bombs and can play the piano (but won't really share that last bit). Also he's in the mafia and is all about it. He is not looking to make friends, but needs them, and will probably be following his boss (Sawada Tsunayoshi), the Tenth Generation Vongola Boss around like a personal assistant and body guard. I'll try to throw him out an about so he can make his own CR, but if he had his way, he'd be completely focused on Tsuna. Someone help him.
Magic & Familiar: Light Magic and his familiar is the Ogopogo/Lauriosauro which is just like... a lake monster that looks like a strange mutated crocodile. It's going to be getting into the habit of being hard to see and will communicate to pretty much everyone telepathically, but not with Gokudera. It will for the most part be uncooperative with him and step in if need be, but I'm down for making him look like a crazy person.
Desired CR: I WANT ANY AND ALL CR. GIVE IT TO ME AND I DON'T CARE WHAT IT IS. Gokudera is not friendly, so negative CR is probably going to be plentiful, but he's a good guy underneath his rough exterior, a kid that doesn't want other people to have to suffer, so like... he'll help if he sees someone in trouble. If you're interested in interacting with a tsundere silver-haired boy, here he is. He makes bombs in his spare time, so... catch him with one? Idk lemme know if you're interested. I don't need to know who your character is or where they come from I WANT TO INTERACT WITH EVERYONE so get over here and let's plot something.
Known Plans: I am bringing Gokudera into this world straight from canon, but I know there are characters coming to Avalon that had CR with him from Prisma. If they had any CR with a different Gokudera (he's not a rare unicorn or whatever, but I know KHR isn't hip with the kids nowadays), I'd be down for confusing our characters. So far I'm kind of idling by with plans for characters not in the game yet (Zuko and Yamamoto whenever they show up (be safe and have fun guys I'm not impatient, just eager)), but aside from that, am curious about starting some CR outside of my plans and being spontaneuous!

Info: tall masked cryptid man. Very easygoing, likes jokes, people, books, just about anything! Appears to be permanently at ease. He likes kids a lot and would be happy to fuss over any resident children/younger characters! He also greatly enjoys annoying his best friend. Under the cheery personality, he has some Trauma(TM), but he's reluctant to go into it, unless he's known someone for a long time.
Magic & Familiar: cognitive magic and a firebird! Fried chicken. Let me know if you want to opt out of his magic!
Desired CR: anything, really! Hythlo gets along with most people, sometimes in unexpected ways. He doesn't like violence, though, so someone with little to no sympathy towards others would earn a black mark from him, and if they're destructive enough Hyth might take it upon himself to Do Something About Them. He has opinions about saving things and people.
Known Plans: for now, Hythlo will be discovering the rest of his castmates and trying to get used to the world! His overarching goal will be finding a way to help back in his own world, but he is rather likely to get closely involved in the problems of Avalon.

Info: The main antagonist of XIV's latest expansion, Shadowbringers. He's a tired, grumpy old man now trapped in the body of his last chosen host. To say any more would be a terrible spoiler. He comes in with prior CR from the game Duplicity so he's...slightly less standoffish than he would otherwise be.

Magic & Familiar: Alchemy / Shadow Gwiber (basically a snarly, dark-purple armoured dragon)

Known Plans: He's just going to be settling in first but I'll see what the upcoming event may hold.

Much like I told Tonake, I'm interested in having Regis eventually meet the FFXIV folks, especially the Ascians. While Emet certainly would remind Regis of a certain Chancellor of Niflheim, Emet is different enough from Ardyn to not trigger his fight or flight mechanic.

Canon: Fate/Stay Night (UBW side)
Info: Seems cute and friendly, always calm, totally prim and proper on the outside most of the time, but that's just more like her facade. While she can be actually friendly, chatty and loves rambling about things (especially about magic), Rin is rude, loud, reckless and sometimes violent but always bossy as hell. Behind that she also has a super secret soft and friendly side, that she shows to people she actually trusts but her trust isn't the easiest thing to get.

She's a mage, her parents died when she was 7 and her little sister was given away before that happened, though she doesn't really talk about that with anyone (except castmates) unless we find a way somehow... She has lived alone for ten years, been lonely for that same time too but her life is going much better thanks to her canon point.

Rin is a Prisma CRAU, so she's used to smartphones and knows how these worlds work but how much she'll bring that up is... a very good question, depends on the situation or topic but she at least won't assume anyone coming from there.

Magic & Familiar: Kinetic & Kitsune

Desired CR: Everything? Really, up for anything and everything! Friends, sparring partners and martial arts teachers, magic friends, let's see what fun things there are to do around here... She's really competitive and anything can be a challenge. If you like Chinese food, she knows how to make that. She's not really looking for even more romance into her life unless you're from the UBW side of things but never say never to that possibly happening -- but she's a tsundere harem protag on that area of her life, so it takes time with her. Cute dates are amazing though, she may call hanging out with friends as dates too. Normal teenager life and so on;

Known Plans: Hey, it's another place, where she doesn't have to kill anyone if they find out about magic existing, woooo! Yeah, they have really nice rules about that back home to keep magic existing as a secret... Rin is going to have to learn her new magic, let's see how many times she'll try to use her canon magic and whatever happens, happens. She's here to relax, enjoy life, having fun and doing whatever she feels like doing. I don't really have plans, I just roll with how things go!

Other: ...Other things to get used to; not having prisma's constant need for physical contact/affection too but she's generally a greedy person anyway and pretty used to all of that! >D



Character Name: Mikasa Ackerman
Canon: Attack On Titan
Info: One of humanity's strongest soldiers back home, where she is said to be worth of a 100 regular soldiers early in the canon... Also one of those stoic characters, who look emotionless on the outside and stay calm, cool and collected through most things but bottle up a lot of feelings inside. She's quiet, antisocial, withdrawn and seems cold and uncaring, someone back home calls her a gloomy brat and she's great at keeping a poker face almost all the time. She is a terrifyingly competent prodigy, has a soft side with a heart of gold somewhere behind all of that emotionless behavior and she tends to be act like a big sister / mom figure sometimes. Also reckless idiot, it's almost like I have a type here.

She's a CRAU from Empatheias, which makes her Jean Kirstein's girlfriend... but also there was different kind of magic, she's already been away from home for over a year so no big deal and they have a husky, her name is Snow.

Magic & Familiar: Elemental & Pegasus

Desired CR: Also here for everything and anything, really. Magic training, sparring, friends and all is welcome, please help getting this antisocial girl into being more social. Drag her out to do things or whatever.

Known Plans: Learning how to use magic! Another place, where she can live much more peaceful life than what she is used to back home. Also she is from a time, where smartphones etc don't exist, empa had telepathy as its network, fun times getting used to new things. "What's a bus?" has literally been one of many questions from my AoT muses at least once... new things to adapt to, but she adapts fast and easily, I think. 8D

Other: Fun fact, she hasn't cut her hair at all since leaving home, so she has long hair again. (Same no cutting thing goes for Rin too but guess hers is just even longer than it's in canon, hah.)

Canon: Final Fantasy XV
Info: Prompto is a 20-year-old who's generally cheerful, excitable, and easily distracted; he's a great shot with both a gun and a camera. He's both Noctis' best friend and technically one of his bodyguards. Prompto is coming in from the end of chapter 13, so he's already gone through the events of his DLC and the existential crisis that entailed. He has his fair share of emotional hang-ups but


Magic & Familiar: Alchemy, with a chocobo!
Desired CR: I'm up for all types of CR, positive or negative! Prompto is definitely out to make friends; he's a people-pleaser and he's unlikely to truly dislike anyone unless they're a total bag of dicks. That makes him a great prospect for bugging more prickly characters. He's also 100% down for questing, doing stupid fratboy-esque stunts and pranks, or just being annoyingly cheerful. Prompto was given a type of magic that's less intuitive than other kinds are, so alchemy study-buddies are always welcome.
Known Plans: Prompto is going to be rooming with Noctis, but beyond that I don't have plans other than getting Prompto out meeting new people. He won't initially be seeking any in-game positions but that might change eventually.

Info: Stoic old soldier who is trying to help his young king and said young king's friends Save The World From Bad Guys. Is secretly a Softie to those closest to him. Is also very prone to be bluntly honest and a hardass to anyone and everyone, even those close to him.
Magic & Familiar: His familiar is a Couerl, though it's the size of a large dog instead of its normal size (which is a horse, on average). Cor's magic is also Elemental, with a slight focus on lightning/electricity but may end up with a second focus on Fire/Heat in the distant future.
Desired CR: Besides Plot and Feels with Canon-Mates? Most any kind of CR would be welcomed. Right now, he's probably gonna need some more cheerful folks to poke at his stoic self, or maybe just a few more youths for him to mentor/not!Dad at sometimes. But if anyone wanna spar/train with a guy who's been a warrior most of his life? Be his (and my) guest!
Known Plans: He is going to get himself settled in and figure out how to get a 'normal' job. Which...may not be the easiest thing to do, given that he's been in his country's military since he was 13. Of course, this is on top of reuniting with certain people, so Fun Times keeping his emotions in check! (/sarcasm) Also, may or may not be spending some time training/honing his newfound powers, or helping to train those who need it.
Other: I am going to be slow until after Thanksgiving, when my schedule really frees up, but if that's okay with you? Then let's have some fun!
