Since this is the first CR Meme, it's being posted on the 14th. Going forward, from here, we will start having CR memes closer to the start of the month so it doesn't get lost in a shower of wonderful new player OOC intros. We haven't decided on an explicit date yet, but we will announce once we decide, but we wanted to get the CR Meme up as promised! Character Name: Noctis Lucis Caelum
Canon: Final Fantasy XV
Info: Info here but the TL;DR is: kinda spoiled prince who lost his father and home and is learning how to carry the weight of being king. Also part of a prophecy that requires him to sacrifice himself to bring back the light of his home. A kind of awkward young adult who is really quite sweet, if a bit lazy.
Magic & Familiar: Light magic & Carbuncle.
Desired CR: All types! Friends who enjoy phone games or exploring weird things. Enemies who think he's too lazy/too stuck up since he is, still, a prince and used to getting what he wants. Frenemies who hate that he's a prince but is actually trying to do good by people! I'm down for crushes, but his betrothed Lunafreya is in game and he is, quite frankly, in love with her so that'll be awkward.
Known Plans: He actually has a network post up, inviting people to practice their magic or train with him. He's also on the lookout for quests that might get him a chance to speak with the King.

Also, his (dead) dad is in game so if someone wants to help him work through that that'd be greaaaaat.

I mean I'm a complete asshole to him and one of his inventory items is the (unloaded) DL-6 gun so HE'S GOT SOME THOUGHTS ABOUT THAT

I also think it's funny because in their current thread Noct is talking about a "controlled upbringing" and Edgeworth keeps (incorrectly) analogizing it to growing up in the von Karma household so already he's kind of in Investigator Mode about it.

like shit even von Karma let him keep his dog, what kind of terrible father did Noctis have, anyway

oH MY GOD? That's so cruel and I love it. I mean I gave Noctis the sword of the father (which was his dad's sword) so :^)

ALFDFJ when in reality it's that Noctis lived in a giant citadel and his dad knew that if he gave him a cat Ignis would end up taking care of it and he was trying to be NICE to the advisor.

But because noctis won't say he's a prince it doesn't make a n y sense.

Also it just occurred to me that Y'Jhimei arriving on Eos was actually canon-ish, so Megumi might actually recognize Noctis too from his visit to Eorzea because of him being interviewed for the newspapers there! Just someone she read about, but that would be a fun little addition for some confusion!
