Since this is the first CR Meme, it's being posted on the 14th. Going forward, from here, we will start having CR memes closer to the start of the month so it doesn't get lost in a shower of wonderful new player OOC intros. We haven't decided on an explicit date yet, but we will announce once we decide, but we wanted to get the CR Meme up as promised! Canon: Fate/Stay Night: UBW Good Ending
Info: Say hello to Saber (True Name: Artoria Pendragon) from Fate/Stay Night! It took a while to figure out, but I've decided on the UBW Good Ending as her canon point (Sunny Day OVA if you don't read visual novels).

Saber is a strong-willed young woman who usually speaks truthfully but is willing to lie if necessary. She is courageous, determined, and insists that she is a knight and king above all, and that her gender is of little importance to her and her role.

Just to clarify it more clearly, she is indeed the King Arthur of the Nasuverse. She's got her own Code of Chivalry that she is resolute in following, and she will never reject that chivalry. Underneath her serious exterior that she feels forced to hold, Saber shows herself to be a kind-hearted and gentle person who wishes to protect those she cares about. She's got a voracious appetite, and while she would normally eat anything, a certain-someone's cooking ended up awakening her gourmet-spirit.

...just make sure you avoid starting a competition with her. She's a bit of a sore loser and will compete against you for however long it takes for her to achieve victory.

While she is incredibly proficient with a sword (confident enough to believe that she is unrivaled in close-combat), her true strength lies with her frankly-excessive amount of mana... which she unfortunately doesn't have here. While she's able to easily defeat a certain unmatched kendo master with little effort, she's actually pretty frail physically. She would normally use Mana Burst for everything: her sword techniques, blocking, movement, and so forth in order to reinforce herself to easily outclass most enemies. She'll find a way to replace Mana Burst soon, though, now that she doesn't have it.
Magic & Familiar: Her familiar is a small red dragon, reminiscent of the Red Dragon of Britain. As for her magic, she's got Elemental Magic.
Desired CR: Anything! Of course, definitely with fellow Fate/Stay Night characters as well!
Known Plans: Not a lot, but she's definitely going to be going on quests. Even if she isn't king here, she is still a knight.
Other: No massive Excalibeams... sadface

Shirou's so glad Saber is here. He honestly thought he was going to die and or not see her again. I pulled him before he wakes up from the good end of UBW. He has romantic feelings towards Rin, obviously, but his relationship with Saber is still really important to him and she's very important to him. I don't think words enough can describe their relationship as there's love, loyalty, and partnership. He's going to do whatever he can to help her and to figure things out with her. He deeply respects and is appreciative of her more than ever. He views their relationship much more equally after everything, and even if they've lost most of their abilities, Shirou thinks their connection and relationship is the most important thing between them and that'll get them through anything.

Anyway, sorry for the TL;DR but just know I'm so ready for anything and if you have any ideas I'm always ready to hear it.

Absolutely! There's gonna have to be some thinking (since Saber was ready to disappear because Rin would be there for Shirou) about how things will go, and somehow I expect Rin to just find every Fate character in this game and say "you're mine now", so we'll just have to see how it goes!
