Since this is the first CR Meme, it's being posted on the 14th. Going forward, from here, we will start having CR memes closer to the start of the month so it doesn't get lost in a shower of wonderful new player OOC intros. We haven't decided on an explicit date yet, but we will announce once we decide, but we wanted to get the CR Meme up as promised! Desired CR: I'm perfectly fine with both canon and cross-canon character relations! We have a wide cast of characters here from various different mediums, so I'm interested in having Regis meet as many newcomers as possible. I'm also quite interested in Regis becoming a mentor of somekind when it comes down to magic. He's quite astute in sorcery thanks to his canon but he'll honestly enjoy starting off fresh with the magical arts of this realm. In terms of practice, Regis will be studying Elemental Magic but will have a strong affinity to lightning/thunder magic.

In other possible CR, if anyone needs a "father figure" around, that would be him. I'm open to almost any possible CR idea but be mindful that Regis is indeed 50 years old. He's not as spry as some of you young folks.

Also, he's still trying to cope with the violent manner of his death. So, there's that. Regis might have slight PTSD, but he'll pretend otherwise! If anyone wants to help him, that would be great. Regis is stubborn though. He's going to insist he's fine no matter what.

Known Plans: I really, really want Regis to aspire for knighthood or nobility in this setting. While I realise that knighthood will be rather difficult for someone as old (sorry, Reggie) as Regis, he certainly has the makings to become a noble. However, he refuses to linger idly when his son is out there on the field. Of course, Noctis can take care of himself but Regis can't help but be somewhat fretful. Besides, he's also quite curious about Camelot and its rich history.

I'm very glad to see Megumi! I've been wanting them to meet since Prisma. They'll most likely get along but Regis never saw a miqote before, so please excuse the staring.

Miqo'te are absolutely the cutest beings in existence so he can look all he wants! She's definitely going to flirt with him though, watch out! But she'll mostly fret about him and also knows of Noctis due to his Eorzea visit so at least they can talk about their kids (she has four babies back home!)

Flirting is perfectly fine! Regis certainly wouldn't mind. Thankfullu, he's not half as awkward as Noctis.

oh, so Megumi remembers Noctis from that crossover event in Eorzea? Nice! I actually forgot she's a mother. These two are bound to bond over parenting at the very least.

Of course, he does! Regis will try his best to teach poor Caesar how to spell-cast with the best of them. Just what kind of magic he'll be using?

I'm assuming Caesar will be a fellow Elemental Magic practitioner.

he's got light magic powers! but he's gonna be interested in seeing other people use their magic and their techniques. he's a pretty good student once he has some focus and he'll bother regis @ all hours about how to do certain things, train, etc. he wants to GET good.

Caesar will come to realize that Regis is an insomniac, so he's more than welcome to pester him! As for physical training, he might rope Noctis in on this since Noct also has light magic.

The perfect way to introduce Caesar to everyone from the cast!

the whole of xv made me cry. that whole old!noctis part at the end??? dude. i still tear up thinking about it.

Caesar gave it his ALL though! He did his best to fight Wamuu, almost won too. Battle Tendency will forever be my favorite out of all the JoJo adventures. That one had me hooked from beginning to end.

Ugh, yeah! That second part when older Noctis awakens from the Crystal to see the world covered in bleak darkness. I can't watch the ending of FFXV without getting misty-eyed either.

FFXV was rough.

Cor helping Regis get back into fighting shape in-between Old Men Feels, y/n/maybe?? Because he could see the benefits of having Regis being invested with the local royal court...and would be all for his friend being able to help the(ir) 'kids' more directly anyway.

That's the idea! Regis isn't about to stand-by idly as the kids get forced into battle. He wants to help any way he can and not be a burden to his son.

So, yes! Let's do that along with the old men feels! Yes to all!
