[ Even though he's not a new arrival, nor does he need any degree of training to speak of, Zhongli likes to visit the Red Spring once in a while, and after having been shut down for some time due to the torrential rain it comes of relief to him to hear it has opened back up. He never really does much, just walks about, tries to strike conversations with the employees and individuals who seem like they could use someone to talk to. There's a flurry of new visitors so he wonders if it has become time for new arrivals. It'd be good for him to lend a hand and give the assistance they might need to acclimate to the city and this world.
