It's exactly what it sounds like! tl;dr about your character and their current relationships with others in game, or use it as a sounding board to talk about how potential cr might go down in future.
steps:
1. leave a toplevel with your character's name
2. comment to others' toplevels with the character relationship(s) you'd like them to tl;dr about
3. reply to their response with your own characters' thoughts on the cr!
4. gush/commiserate/poke fun at/meme on all our dumb characters and their dumb interactions idk
5. feel free to use the responses to throw together a cr chart, or link one if you already have one!

Rei considers Kate a friend! As much as he considers anyone a friend, really-- he generally limits those to surface-level relationships. And he and Kate are a little deeper than he'd like, but because Kate has the same attitude about it (aka: "ew") he doesn't mind quite as much. It also helps that she has absolutely nothing to do with his homeworld, so when magic fuckups happen and she learns His Deepest Secrets(TM) the stakes feel much lower than they otherwise would. Also she's cute, would bang (again)
I imagine they'll continue on in that manner for some time, acting like they're just two people who happen to get along and Dont Actually Care all that much about each other etc etc, but lmao. Yall Already Know What The Fuck Is Going On

Rei is interested in Kadoc, is probably the best way to put it. They've only interacted for a short time but Rei has zeroed in on the fact that Kadoc has an interesting mix of "knowing himself" and "undervaluing himself", and it makes him, uh. Well. Bullyable :'D Something about him makes Rei want to poke at him and see what makes him tick. Also Rei totally technomancy'd Kadoc's recent ransom note and laughed and laughed; he totally thinks they're alike in some ways because of that. Sorry Kadoc Lol
I have no idea where they'll go from here-- Kadoc may end up genuinely hating him, or come to tolerate him as a nosy and annoying old man-- but it will be extremely funny, and I'm excited.

Rei obviously is NOT a fan of talking about himself. He's still a bit irritated at Sasara's digging bc it was unexpected, but mostly he's steering clear of the boys bc now that his Beans are Spilled he's sure Sasara wants very little to do with him. He thinks Sasara probably has no choice but to keep him on the team for now, but just in case.. leaving him alone feels like it'll keep the uneasy peace and he doesn't have to pull out any more threats.
If Rei is honest with himself, he likes Sasara and Rosho a lot (a lot) and wants to keep them around. But he's used to being realistic 😂😂
