It's that time again already! It's time for our current players to plot for the month ahead, get some new CR and chat together about things to come. Go ahead and copy/paste the form below. Or don't. We aren't your parents, we can only make really good suggestions. (Unless...? Nah.)

Don't boost his ego too much, 2B, he'll get a big head!! I just put up his August post here, so feel free to toss 2B in there if anything catches your eye - no pressure at all though; we can just as well take it easy and wait until the August event!

Hooray for maintenance being done, but holy hell booooo for the prior not... doing the maintenance. That's ridiculous (but probably altogether too common).

I haven't put up a top level just yet, but I'm thinking this will happen tomorrow. If you don't see a prompt you like / can work with, I can write something just for Gaius.

I think house hunting it is, then! (I don't have a catch-all just yet, but I'm planning to put that up tomorrow. I'll put in some generic starters, but if you end up wanting something special, I'll write something just for Tifa.)

We can explore staffings at a later point. (I have zero complaints here. I'm awful at writing anything combat related, which is my excuse for Aerith avoiding combat things and I'm sticking to it!)

She's planning to do some house hunting in the very near future, too, so perhaps something like that will come with a little plot or something.

This definitely sounds very doable! Aerith is basically warm and welcoming to everyone, so should make it pretty easy for the two of them to cross paths.

I haven't written a catch-all just yet, but that's on my to-do for tomorrow, so if you don't see any generic starters that jive with you, I'm happy to write something specifically for Barbara.

I was going to put up an open log that has both the Treeps shield quest and the Invasive Species sword quest! Which do you think Claire'd be interested in?

Poor Monika...and yes if she starts Caster off on 'the Jason rant' she'll be there a while! She'd definitely feel bad Monika went through something similar.

She will definitely appreciate the help, she's a disaster.

Hijikata and Juzo both seem to routinely stick their noses (well, nose and muzzle, respectively) into gritty business, so maybe we can toss them into some crime quest or whatnot together one of these days! Or they can just meet at the cigarette machine.

I just wanted to say that Rei is an absolute blast to thread with!! His sketchy conman act and Hijikata's bad cop attitude are so fun to watch collide. Hijikata can be pretty gullible despite how threatening he may come across, so if Rei ever needs a knight for any of his plots you can count me in!

oooh yes, that would be good! i admit i don't know too much about gintama but anyone juzo can bee crime-solving buddies with is excellent!

That's all good, I'm likewise canon-blind to No Gun's Life! Basically Gintama is just "the (alleged) end of the samurai era, but with aliens" (which really just means that Hijikata rolls with unusual people, gadgets and events fairly easily).

I'll keep an eye out for Juzo (I saw his network post, but Hijikata is a hopeless lurker, so in-person run-ins are generally easier with him)!

And yeah, I'm all for avoiding combat stuff for now! I doubt there would need to be that much, but we'll hold off on the idea for a bit longer!

I've been enjoying the guys' melee battle!! It's hilarious how similar they are with their specialisations and temper and how hard they go, haha.

I just hit up Keith's August post; I hope the brackets / present tense format on my end is still okay for you! I'd match, but I'm not so good with prose and past tense.

He'd love to come to her birthday! And, as always, I'd love for more CR. I wouldn't mind CR with Maruki too! I've been blitzing through P5R and I think there could be some interesting stuff between him and Darin.
