Character Name: Rei Amayado
Canon: Hypnosis Mic

Info: Rei is a bioengineer whose master invention brought an end to weaponized warfare back home. Currently he's pretending to be a slimy conman in order to hide that fact, as well as pave the way for his next plans. Unfortunately for all of us, his conman act is very convincing....
When he's not busy trying to sign people up for pyramid schemes Rei is a nosy, blunt and overly-familiar old man who gives surprisingly good advice. He loves music, good food, and barhopping! Also he's DTF.
He also runs Phoenix Roost and Lamplight here in Avalon! busybody lookin ass man smh

Magics & Familiar: Dark, Technomancy & Hou-ou named Princess

Desired CR: From last time: Happy with anything! I love new CR. Rei can garner both friends and one-sided enemies pretty easily, depending on how the other character takes his attitude.
rei is also good at... harassing.... other characters into character development SD;ADFDFS so if you have a character that needs to be manipulated, rei is here to use questionable means to make them into their best(?) self
Known Plans:

• rei's anonymous Dark Web info network is just about up! Take a look and tell me what you think... and add your character to the list if you like! Suggestions welcomed-- i hope it's fun and useful for plots!
  
• Kate is renting out the Phoenix Roost for her birthday on the 15th. Rei will be there!
  
• Going forward the A3 cast will also be using Phoenix Roost as a performance area as well, so plays and stuff are now in the Roost's repertoire. Idol Time. Bottom text
  
• Quests: i want to get Rei the Hot Night recipe so badly HAHAHAH. Also willing to have a hand in the Private Messages quest, though Rei isn't the type to straight up threaten people like that... It would probably end up being more like "rei leads a less discerning criminal to the leaks and lets them go off with it while he gets the authorities to patch the code in a way he likes". If that interests you from a criminal or an authority perspective, hmu!
  
• TDM: Rei will totally crash the castle, lmao. Hell Yeah, Luxury. Also if anyone wants a weird ossan to get in the Healing Circle with them, by all means!

But yes Rinea and Maruki would be good. 😭 maybe some healing will help him be less... him. Makes gabby hands for it.

I just wanted to say that Rei is an absolute blast to thread with!! His sketchy conman act and Hijikata's bad cop attitude are so fun to watch collide. Hijikata can be pretty gullible despite how threatening he may come across, so if Rei ever needs a knight for any of his plots you can count me in!
