but even if you were a monsters are cool, so don't think so badly of yourself. You can improve, even if you don't see it as fast as you want.

Well you wouldn’t be how you are now without the person you were before.

Only change if it’s going to make you happy or if it’s what you think is best for you. If it’s for anyone else, they aren’t worth keeping around.

You have to adapt a bit to people though... [A pause.] Like for example, if you're so unlikable no one will ever love you... I think it's worth doing a few changes to yourself.

That's if you want their love to begin with. Self-love is more important than the love of others. If you make changes for other people and that makes you hate yourself, then it's not a change, it's just you doing what they want you to do.

For them, not for you.

It's not worth it.

If, however, you view that change as self-improvement, then that is for yourself. I'd rather call that growth.
