Character Name: Rei Amayado
Canon: Hypnosis Microphone
Info:The most busybody asshole old man this side of Camelot. Overly friendly and overly suspicious. Father of the titular Hypnosis Mics, a human clone project, and three sons (one of which is currently here).
Magics & Familiar: Dark & Technomancy ; a golden hou-ou named Princess

Desired CR: Anything! If you need a shady information broker to hook your character up with [insert suspicious plot device here], he’s ready to serve lol. Particularly with anything tech related.
Other that that Rei is a ginormous people-person and will befriend anyone who lets him... and some who won't. If you need an old man to bully you into doing something just because the old man finds it funny or interesting, he's your guy.
Also-- i haven't mentioned this in a while so forgive me-- he is DTF so if you want your character to get hit on, for good or ill, we can arrange that. LMFAOOOO
Quests and TDM Prompts Ideas:

• Camecon -- Rei is a huge nerd and his teammates are also there so he'll probably get dressed up (tiddies out, thanks Feldspar) and then.. DM a game of dungeons and dragons. GOD. Hmu if you want to?? play your character roleplaying a character???
• The orc going nuts at the con party would also be super fun. time to steal the music speakers and rap him to death* (*unconsciousness)
• Repeating my interest in the will o wisp conundrum! rei is nosy and will go out there for funsies. yaaayyyy
• Missing Mindful; rei respects the hustle except for the part where people get eaten. Naked spa time 👍
• handbags quest(s) are also right up Rei's alley. God. Do you want to be peddled at. or closer CR can see him try to get info on the fey deal, etc...

Known Plans: Rei will be at the job fair Ren mentioned for Phoenix Roost!

Honestly I've been tossing up whether to put kitkat on lamplight since it opened but every time I try to think of things about my own damn oc I just windows shutdown noise.

LMAOO well, aside from being a plot device for character gossip to spread, Lamplight is becoming a place to establish the kind of reputation you'd like your character to have on the dark web.

Kate-chan does dark web quests with some frequency, right? there might be comments about how she's appropriately discreet about it, or doesn't ask too many questions. also about how much she seemed to like the arson quest HAR HAR HAR

Also not to hog your characters, but I think sending these two on the Missing Mindful quest could be hilarious...

IT'S OKAY there's no rush!! It'll just be some ass-kicking and then Hijikata will conk out anyway to sleep off the familiar fusion... which means that Rei gets to tinker with the machines and entertain the old lady! (But do share the bracelets, Rei, Hijikata needs those since he actually got poisoned at least once already)!

Rei's revelation that quests yield actual rewards sometimes can indirectly lead to the Missing Mindful quest, pffff... we can assume that he told Hijikata that he'd be up for more adventures, and so he'll take him by his word!
