It's the 4th! That means that it's time now for our current players to plot for the month ahead, get some new CR and chat together about things to come. Go ahead and copy/paste the form below. Or don't. We aren't your parents, we can only make really good suggestions. (Unless...? Nah.)

Character Name: Aerith Gainsborough
Canon: Final Fantasy VII-R
Info: An outwardly sweet, but sassy and street-smart young woman who often plays the part of moral support and tower of strength. She has something of a tragic history and is somewhat aware that what awaits her is a tragic future as well. Back home, she has some rare abilities being the last of her people, and struggles with holding onto the things that are dear to her.
Magic & Familiar: Healing / Cerulean Drake

Desired CR:
- From negative to positive and everything in between.
- Aerith can get along with a great number of people and tends to be a pretty optimistic individual, which others may either find endearing or annoying. She's friendly, warm, and welcoming, even to the more brooding and stoic individuals.
- I like me some good antagonists for Aerith to subtly butt heads with. They don't even have to be antagonists. I really enjoy CR with people who cause Aerith to challenge the way she perceives things. (...I just enjoy CR in general.)
- I'd like more opportunities for her to have more serious conversations with people she trusts or feels a little closer to. She spends so much time supporting others that she doesn't really act like she needs something like that for herself, but she likely does.
- Maybe one day in the future we'll get to do an overall plot where she could actually use the white materia that came with her. It only has one use and right now she doesn't even know she can use it. (She just assumed she can't and has been sort of treating it as a memento from home to hold onto and be sentimental about.)

Known Plans:
- I'm planning to put up a catch-all for the month at some point tomorrow containing a variety of prompts, that... I don't have a list of at this current moment, however... it'll probably have a prompt from our TDM, some of the monthly quest things on it, etc., etc.
- Aerith is still planning to open a florist shop when she has the means to do so, even more so inspired to do so when King Arthur told her that the castle would have use for them as well.
- She needs to practise a bit more with her healing magic. It doesn't quite work the way it did back home and she'd like to be able to help her friends when they need it.

OK OK OK SO.

I can definitely hit up your catch-all. I was braining potential ideas too! Like, Cloud knows now that Aerith is here but has yet to find her. But they have another chance meeting (maybe even reminiscent of their encounter in the original/Remake) where he's distracted by something.

Cloud lives on the outskirts of the city on a small farm, so they could even meet maybe if Aerith is out along the countryside for something!

I could also use the Chocobo Chick familiar for Aerith to see and we work from there too. (All he's got on him is a Healing Materia. Not a lot of good it'll do now. lol)

Okay but seeing Aerith here and having Tifa specifically mention Aerith to Colette and now. I kinda need this cr though. idk how familiar you are with Tales of Symphonia but Colette here is kinda. She's raised to be a Sacrifice to save her world of Sylvarant, basically. So she has a Lot of Issues regarding that even if she brushes it off and considers it normal/expected/her duty and puts on a smile for everyone and tells herself it is fine.

I'm thinking of having her maybe do the bunny quest. Or I can just tag in with her to Aerith's catch-all. Either way. These two could be fun together and Bond over Spoilers Things. (I am So Excited and also Really Not for more of Remake honestly....!! Aerith is my favourite.)

I've played ToS, but it has literally been years, so whilst I'm familiar with the characters and the story, I'm definitely not remembering all of the details.

I am planning to have a bunny cafe prompt in her catch-all, so maybe we can use that. Otherwise, since it sounds like Colette will be working on the same quest, I can tag into that. (I'm not picky at all!)

But yes! I think either way could work if we both top level, one of us can poke the other whoever gets to it first lol. Works for me!

I could totally tag in with the bunny one. Probably tomorrow after work. I'm kinda slower and more tired tonight with having had a very long day at work (waited an hour and a half after my shift for a meeting that went on for about the same, because we're figuring renovations and thus are required to merge two of our rooms together so. Figuring all that.)

But tomorrow hopefully I will be way more onto it! And get more done. Yes.

Hello!! Izuku is studying alchemy so he needs plants and organic stuff to work with. If she gets a flower shop Izuku would be around buying some flowers probably!

I think this sounds like a fantastic idea. I'm still familiarising myself with what it'll take for her to open up her own shop, but it's definitely on my to-do list. I'm sure Aerith will be happy to help.

(As long as no one's hurting the flowers. Otherwise she'll have some strong words.)
