ngl Ys is on my list to play, haha.

Man, I wish I got into the series as it was coming out (I even have a PSP that I've held onto since like, 2007 or whenever it was that Crisis Core came out) because god, I feel so behind! And the games are beasts! But I'm trucking long and will hopefully get through them before Hajimari comes out stateside. I actually have a Youtube LP tabbed of Sky and Crossbell (I can't really play handhelds anymore and I'm not much of a PC gamer lmao, idk maybe one day since I know Crossbell if finally getting localized if I heard right???). EVENTUALLY, I'LL BE CAUGHT UP.

McBurn is. A character. And needlessly edgy but it's also Max Mittelman so I'll take it. Hahaha.

I'm curious as to who it will be, but I'll take both! I need all the practice I can get lol

Well I highly support more people playing from Ys even if I never get a castmate! It's a great series! As far as Crossbell being localized, still up in the air but there have been hints at it being more possible than it was before. I think Hajimari will come first though, which is fine by me because it's my favorite in the series.

McBurn is a downright hilarious character to me, but yeah Hawk is pretty damn edgy as well and has the same sort of amusing factor for being like that. I just can see him and Machias getting along eventually because they do share a similar distaste for nobles and he might not look it, but Hawk is really smart. He's the rare sort that actually has brains and brawn and instead lacks in social skills.

But as far as who I was thinking of tossing your way, I actually happen to also play Vita.

I mean, the fact that it's another big juggernaut does kinda make me apprehensive, but I'd love to give it a go anyway! Yeah, I figured Crossbell, if it really is getting an official localization, wouldn't happen until after Hajimari at the soonest. Although I know Kuro is also on the way as the next big arc so. /kanyeshrug. There's always YouTube and fan translations lmao

I'd definitely be interested in Hawk and Machias meeting and maybe even becoming buddies or something! It'd certainly be interesting c:
