Info: A centuries old, world-wandering sorceress who has buried options of a fulfilling personal life to support maintaining multi-planar balance. Shockingly, being locked out of multi-planar maintenance due to a multi-planar disturbance means she's stuck dangerously close to having a fulfilling personal life? What the fuck.
Magic & Familiar: Elemental, blood. Goat-sized unicorn, very snooty.

Desired CR: Always a slut for shipteasing and emotional warfare, but also super in the game to be a bitter mentor to you younguns running around. People to be flippant or flighty with 100pct welcome, and anyone who just likes getting judged.

Known Plans: Once I get the conclusion of her audience with the King, Cecelia will be in possession of a means to see the calamity -- which she can share with two others? It's looking that way! Granted, she's going to be VERY PICKY about this so get ya judgments in B)

THIS HAS BEEN A VERY IDK MONTH FOR ME ALSO . . . I don't have anything up yet but I might look into doing that tomorrow or Saturday because I think I do have enough I wanna do this month to make an open post. I will keep you posted (HAR HAR)
