Info: Deer. He's a lil grumpy, a lil intense, not the nicest guy - but also if he gets to be your friend, he'll be loyal as hell. Businessman, former yakuza boss, kind of rough around the edges, cagey, and not particularly trusting so it's hard to get him to open up.

Known Plans:
Quest quest quest! I'm not planning to do any open logs this month, but I am glad to do closed prompts for individuals. He's already doing the Pyro with someone - and I am only gunning to do each quest once. But the others are open, I'm also open to do the regular Support quests, too.

Louis tends to...overwork himself and keep busy and sleep very little. He has a house, and there is a possibility that if someone he gets along with well needs a place, he'll invite them. But this may take effort...so - if you want to get started on this, please lmk.
