Both characters do sound fun, but Starline is a fellow animal person, and feuding with hero types you say...?

So one thing I neglected to mention about Starline is that he's quite pragmatic in his approach to villainy. A little theatrics are fine, but not at the expense of good planning.

... Darkwing would infuriate him by everything he chooses to be.
