| What's wrong with you, stupido! Guess which secret sea monster is coming to confuse all your characters and convince them to jump off a cliff for fun... ...it's this guy. Rambunctious 14-year-old (or so) Italian boy who's cocky, smarmy and seemingly excited about everything, but uh, has many mysterious gaps in his knowledge about what should be basic stuff, for being as "human" as he claims to be... like wearing a colander as a bicycle helmet, mimicking human mannerisms in the wrong contexts, and assuming stars are actually fish up there sleeping. But that makes him no less excited about everyday things like pasta, music, riding bikes, and collecting lots of strange odds and ends like some manic tweenage hoarder, either charming the pants off your character with his endearingly enthusiastic ignorance, or uh, annoying them with his boastful lies about knowing more than he really does. He'll be avoiding water as if he's made of sugar, but other than that, he's ready for all the crazy adventures that Avalon will offer him — most of which, frankly, will be of his own concocting...! And he'll persuade your character to go along with him! If you have an anxious voice in your head saying something fun might be dangerous, he'll be the first to emphatically convince you to shut it up and Do The Thing Anyway. He grew up without a family to guide him, all alone on an uninhabited island, so he never really heard that saying, "you wouldn't jump off a bridge just because your friends did it..." But he would definitely disagree. |

| I need a different flavor of character to balance out Shinji, and Claudia's something of a comfort character for me, and so: Anyone want a(nother) redhead hacker chick who did questionably legal things in the name of rescuing her damsel-in-distress older brother from an impossible situation? I actually have the app content near-done; just gotta find a wiki link and... figure out what the hell her familiar would be... (If not for Shinji, I'd go with Mothman, but I don't think both my characters should have Mothman.) But hey, there's technology-rooted magic here and she'd be ALL OVER THAT, and it's really not much weirder than hunting down supernatural tchotchkes or working with HG Wells. |

| Here it is, the codifier of the magical girl genre as we know it today and many a fan’s gateway series to the world of anime and manga: the one named Sailor Moon! And if you’re canonblind: basically an ever-growing group of space princesses reincarnated on Earth become superheroes and fight evil by moonlight. (And hopefully win love by daylight~) For those wanting to pick up a muse or brush one off after a long spell, Miss Dream has a good quality, very complete scanlation, while the 90s anime is available on Hulu, and Crystal available on Hulu and Crunchyroll. Currently our cast features Usagi Tsukino (Nea), Mamoru Chiba (AL), Ami Mizuno (Gummi), Minako Aino (Jelle), Haruka Tenou (Mesi), and Makoto Kino (me, LWP)! All of us are from differing points in the Stars Arc of the manga: Ami is from Chapter Two, while the rest of us are from the final chapter, with Usagi featuring some CRAU as well! Honestly, we would just plain love anyone from the series: any of the fellow senshi, the cats and other allies, civilians, villains, manga, 90s anime, Crystal, live-action, any canon point, you name it! | No Guns Life is set in a cyberpunk future where cybernetic enhancements – called extensions – are commonplace, and the sinister company that created the technology holds the nation in its grip. We follow the adventures of Juzo Inui, a cybernetically-enhanced ex-soldier with a gun for a head as he gets tangled up in a web of dirty politics, intrigue, and old ghosts. If you like cyberpunk, evil science, and a side of body horror, boy is this series for you. The manga does have a two season anime adaptation. I just have Juzo here, and as much as he would claim otherwise, he misses his friends from home. Personally, I would love to see Mary or Tetsuro, but anyone is more than welcome! (I would also kill a man for Kronen, let’s be real.) The anime is very close to its source material, but for refence, Juzo comes from the end of vol. 9 of the manga, which takes place sometime after the end of the anime. |

| I'm pretty sure everyone knows what Pokemon is. You know, multimillion dollar franchise where you catch cute little pets and pit them against each other for a dog fight? That's basically the story of all the Pokemon games, while Raihan here comes from the newest in the series, Pokemon Sword and Shield, and hails from Galar, their equivalent of the United Kingdom (and he's definitely got the accent to match). He's the eighth and most powerful Gym Leader, and he knows it! He loves taking selfies and posting to social media, researching and history, and training his Pokemon! He's also very into dragons, a master of the weather, and a damn good strategist. The plan is to bring along Duraludon, Flygon, and Goodra as "pets" and to slowly bring back the others over time. My main drawback at the moment is figuring out what his familiar would be, simply because there's so many options! Should he have a Legendary like Rayquaza or Eternatus? Should he have a constant reminder of his rival and have Charizard or Dragapult? Or should I go the funny route and have Applin? I'm mostly looking for a dragon-type Pokemon, because how could I not? I'm thinking he'll also have elemental magic to mimic his storms and weather effects while having a secondary in technomancy, because. Phone. I've been looking for a game for this guy for a while, and with this place being similar to Galar aesthetic-wise, it seems like a good fit! I'll be brand new to the game, and... haven't been in a game in several years, so rusty at this in general! Raihan himself will miss home like crazy and lament over the fact that two of his biggest goals in life are GONE, but will get back up like always, find new goals (while never forgetting and always training for the old) and try to save his frozen world! |

| A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away... some random kid blew up a super weapon the size of a moon, and shenanigans ensued for the next 40+ years. Bringing those shenanigans to a place like Avalon couldn't possibly be a bad thing... right? We currently have Grand Admiral Thrawn from the end of Treason (before the Rebels finale), Luke Skywalker from the end of Return of the Jedi, and Din Djarin from midway through season two of The Mandalorian. For the most part, all three have been keeping their heads down, adjusting to their new powers and doing missions. Specifically, we would love to see Vader/Anakin, Eli Vanto, and Grogu join us here at Avalon, but anyone from the expansive Star Wars universe is more than welcome! |

| An incredibly powerful, arrogant, money-loving, gluttonous sorceress wandering around looking for bandit treasures to claim, monsters to fight, and rewards to take. She's also saved the world two or three times, defeated a couple of demon lords, and tangled with her fair share of other heinous types. Basically a good person, just kind of self-centered, though over the course of five seasons she's grown a bit more (though not the kind of growth she's really been looking for, hnarf hnarf). Haven't entirely settled on magic types for her yet, but I've got a great idea for a familiar I'm pretty sure will fly. |

| The main character of Fate/Extra, and NPC that became sentient and joined the Holy Grail War by accident basically. I'd be playing them pretty much after he wins the war and is technically deleted, also possibly with having Archer as his servant but I'm not solid on that part since I still need to canon review and every LP I can find is either Saber or Caster. I'm kind of settled on his magic, Cognitive and Technomancy, but no ideas for familiar. I just think he'd be interesting to play in the setting and see how he'd handle being around people he knows but doesn't actually know (ie: different Rin and Archer et all). |

| Keeping things relatively spoiler free (even though the game is pretty old at this point), Robin is a member of the Shepherds, a force tasked with protecting the people of Ylisse. Acting as the tactician of the group, she assists in fighting off the Plegian forces and defeating the Mad King Gangrel. Despite having no memory of her past, Robin takes this fact reasonably well. Naturally in-tune with the feelings of those around her, she does what she can to help support them, often at the sacrifice of her own wants and needs. There are times when she feels somewhat inadequate compared to others, like with cooking, and can be quick to suggest that someone might be better for a certain job depending upon her own skills. She also flusters very easily I'll be taking her from before the time skip, currently leaning either toward elemental magic or dark magic, cause spoilers/I'm a jerk. Not sure what familiar I'll be giving her, so suggestions are appreciated! |

| (itp: rosette running away from a giant mess Rosette is... A Lot. An exorcist of the Order of Magdalene, she fights demons (sinners) with magically enhanced bullets (she is the og Nun with a Gun) in an attempt to find and save her little brother. Growing up in an orphanage in 1910s midwest USA, she and her younger brother Joshua stumble upon the demon Chrono, who is just waiting for his time to die. But they end up befriending him anyway, because that's how kids roll. Unfortunately for her and Joshua, that sets a whole set of events in motion. tl;dr, Joshua is given the horns of a demon and goes crazy, the entire orphanage is frozen in time, and Rosette and Chrono enter a pact that uses her lifespan in order to temporarily unseal Chrono's demon powers. Both demon and girl are found by a member of the Order and brought back for observation/recruitment. Rosette is... A Lot. She lives very much by the live life while you have it principle, taking it perhaps a bit too far at times. She wears her heart on her sleeve for the most time, for better and for ill. Rosette is very hotblooded for lack of a better term, quick to anger but at the same time just as quick to forgive. She lives hard, loves hard, fights hard and will probably die hard, but she wants to do as much as she can with the short life that she has--including bringing her brother back from the brink. She had already intended on becoming a doctor to save him from his Anime Illness, so this is just one thing she needs to do. Rosette will be manga-verse, taken from the San Francisco arc, where the manga and the anime diverge. She will be coming in with healing magic, because I am an absolute asshole, and I'm leaning toward giving her a church grim as a familiar. Who wants to pet a giant black definitely-not-Satan-doggo? |

| Dragon Quest XI is the latest in the long running Dragon Quest series but you don't need to have played the other ones to enjoy it. It's a fairy tale adventure that might not have surprising twists but does have a very tight and emotional narrative. The story touches on themes of forgiveness and revenge and puns. So many puns. Our cast includes Hendrik, Jade, Jasper and the Luminary, all from Act II (Jade is from the end while all others come from the beginning.). We'd love Erik, Rab, Serena, Sylvando and Veronica. |

| The title which plays homage to the games that came before, Final Fantasy IX calls back to the high fantasy aspects with Royalty, Knights, Mages, and Rogues, all of which band together to save the world. Also, don't let the art style fool you; though light-hearted it may be, it's still 'Final Fantasy' in story as well. As of now, we have Zidane and Eiko! It's be great to see the rest of the party or even side characters or enemies. Bring them all and let's save the world one more time! |

| Gandra is a morally grey scientist who was a punch-clock villain for much of the series in order to get funding and access to resources for her scientific research before doing a heel-face turn. She's snarky and wants to push the boundaries of science, but deep down has some insecurities about being misunderstood and unappreciated. She experimented on herself to inject nanites in her body, and will not be terribly happy with having to learn magic. |

Rio Ranger Your Turn to Die Enable me, please! |
| Rio Ranger is the dress up doll! He's a doll, which in the context of canon is a highly efficient piece of technology. The physiology is closer to a mannequin than a traditional robot, but they're imparted with a highly efficient AI that can mimic human behavior perfectly. In Rio's case, he was created with only the capacity to feel negative emotions and deprived of the ability to feel empathy or kindness. As a result, he has a massive inferiority complex and makes a show of disparaging and despising humans in order to cover up his envy. All-in-all, considering the entire point was to make him only feel negative emotions to create something "more human" and totted as being the greatest creation while only being half-formed, he's a pretty sad kid. He speaks crudely, is dismissive and rude, and also collects dead people's clothes to wear (hence why he's such a fashion disaster,) and uses expression cards - likely in an effort to compensate for his lack of a full range of emotions/humanity. I'm still not sure if I would take him from an earlier canon point and later update him, or if I would take him from after his arc in canon when he has his missing emotions restored immediately before his death. Poor kid. tl;dr - Pinocchio who wants to be a real boy except instead of being a cute, somewhat misguided kid he's just annoying and also a murderer. On the other hand, look what we were deprived of thanks to his asshole father. That smile. :( Tentatively considering Cognitive, Dark, or Death magic for him. |

Musse Egret The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel Enable me, please! |
| Musse Egret is a young lady of apparent noble lineage enrolled at the Thors Branch Campus as a member of the special operations Class VII. Musse is playful, enjoying jokes that skirt the bounds of propriety in order to get a rise out of her audience. However, her demeanor suggests a much greater mind and knowledge than she lets on. Also spoilers. Oh so many spoilers. Musse is a skilled tactician and a master of Water and Ice-based Arts, excelling at a more supportive role. She seems care-free, but she's surprisingly private, revealing as little about herself as she can get away with. I'll be taking her from the end of Trails of Cold Steel III just before the start of Trails of Cold Steel IV, which for those who know is A Lot. She'll be coming from a pretty dark place, but won't really let that show if she can avoid it. I'm definitely considering keeping her in the general water/ice realm as far as magic goes. |

| Just as her title implies, she loves building things. It's her life, her hobby, her purpose, her love language... there's nothing in the world that she finds more fun, except maybe working together with her friends. She has an incredibly sunny disposition, and jumps at any chance to help out others. And I do mean any chance, since she'll take on some incredibly ill-advised projects, and accept requests from enemies or monsters. Heck, she even became best friends with the endboss from one of the main DQ games, and taught him that even a God of Destruction can have fun creating things. (It's also incredibly easy to ship them. He's a feral himbo monsterboy, who wouldn't love him?) I've already picked out Alchemy and Bargaining magic for her. In the latter case, she would seek the help of fae as labor for constructing buildings, and return the favor by making them anything they want as well (as well as happily complying with all their nature-friendly building codes). As soon as possible, she would be setting up a business to help people build their dream homes, or upgrade their own businesses. So, what's not ready is... her journal itself. Trying to find icon material for this girl is hard, even when looking into fanart. I would also need to settle on her name, since she's a customizable protag. Right now, I'm thinking of using her default name of Creatrix, a.k.a. Crea for short — but I don't feel committed to the idea just yet. |

| And then, at the other end of the teamwork spectrum, we have a horrible platypus man who likes robots better than people. Starline used to idolize the infamous Dr. Eggman, but discovered that he liked the man's work better than the person himself — and now he's out to prove that he can do a better job of conquering the world. He also had a starring moment in the Bad Guys side series, where he forged an alliance with a number of other villainous types, found problems with all of them, and broke all those alliances to strike out on his own. He's overly analytical and critical, thinks brains are way more important than brawn, and that he's got the biggest and best brains in the room. His main passion is inventing, but he also has a noted interest in psychology... which is probably why he seems a lot like Niles from Frasier playing the role of a Saturday Morning Cartoon villain. His account's all set up and ready to roll (comics are the best medium for icon material, I swear), but I don't have any plans on how to integrate him with the Avalon community. I'd like to have him feud with hero types for sure, to help establish what a bad guy he is. I'm also debating what magic he would have. Dark, Kinetic, Alchemy, Cognitive, and Technomancy all stand out as stuff in his wheelhouse. |

| Lisa Minci is a very smart woman who is also perhaps one of the laziest people in the game. She works in the library of Mondstadt, she actually has the capabilities of being a Captain in the Knights of Favonius but it's too much work and she didn't want to do it. She can also be scary with her electro powers if you mess with her books. But all in all, she is honestly a very nice and good person, just a bit playful and will do anything to get out of doing any real hard work if she can. I'm not good at these summaries lol Not sure about her powers or anything yet here in Avalon, this is also very tentative. Just wanted to put some feelers out there. I am in the process of getting icons and as a possible alternative I also have an Albedo (once I find icons for him too)! See below. |

| Albedo is a mysterious young man who arrived at Mondstadt seemingly at random with a letter of recommendation from an adventurer. Ever since, he's been the Knights of Favonius' lead alchemist and made quite the name for himself with said alchemy. An alchemy that, 500 years ago, led to the destruction of an entire nation that he may or may not have connections to (it's currently TBD lol). Nonetheless, despite his soft and near emotionless demeanor, he's quite caring and thoughtful. He takes care of Klee as it was her mother that had given the Knights the letter of rec and he's very friendly to his students, Sucrose and Timeas. As for Avalon, I'm a little hesitant not because I'm also considering Lisa but mostly due to the mystery surrounding him lol. I feel like we should wait for more info but at the same time, what we have is quite a bit too! So I dunno, figured I could just put it out there for now. Alchemy is gonna obviously be one of his abilities, unsure about the other yet though. |

Black mages in the world of FFIX are manmade constructs created with the help of the Mist, a byproduct of the invasive Iifa Tree. He comes to find out they have limited lifespans, and though the "prototype" was supposed to live longer than the mass-produced sort, he has about six months or less to live. It's a lot for a nine-year-old to cope with, but he's braver than he gives himself credit for, even in the face of his own mortality. |

| Another alternate choice I'm considering. Rena is a 13 year old from Hinamizawa with a huge penchant for cute things and a troubled past. Her parents moved to Ibaraki and later divorced when she was younger because of her mother's affair, so she ended up living with her father, eventually moving back to Hinamizawa. On top of that, she's extremely religious and devoted to Oyashiro-sama's principles. Under normal circumstances, she's a bright and friendly person... just don't make her angry. |

She's been doing the whole "you are the ONLY ONE who can SAVE HUMANITY (with tangents) for four years now and she's seen a lot, and she's tired. I would be apping her probably post Lostbelt 3 (+ Ooku event), and am ambivalent of what magic to give her (I'm leaning towards Cognitive, just because it'd be funny for me to go with her variable charisma stat). I have also not been in a public game in fifty billion years so eyyyyyyyyyy. |

| This is the 2017 reboot of DuckTales, in which life tends to be hurricane-like in nature. The series is full of adventure, mystery, comedy, scares and various other emotions! At its core, it's about Scrooge McDuck, the richest duck in the world who whisks his nephews away to a world of adventure, but there's also plotlines and rich world of fleshed out characters who develop throughout the series! The series draws from various sources (the original DuckTales and Darkwing Duck, most Disney Afternoon properties, the comics that inspired it all and various related Disney series and films) while also adding many worthy new characters! The whole series is up on Disney Plus. In game, we currently have Della Duck and two superhero ducks: Fenton Crackshell-Cabrera/Gizmoduck and Drake Mallard/Darkwing Duck. There's also an interested Gandra Dee elsewhere on this very meme! As for castmates, there's Della's children: the brainy Huey, the adventurous Dewey and the crafty Louie. Fenton and Darkwing would also love to have the crash-happy himbo pilot Launchpad McQuack around, and other great choices for them would be Fenton's Tired, Jim Rash-voiced mentor Gyro Gearloose and Drake's snarky not!daughter, Gosalyn Waddlemeyer. Villains like Negaduck and Taurus Bulba would also be welcome, as would characters from the classic series or other Disney canons! | Senran Kagura is a video game series focusing on fanservice, yet is one of the few to contain legitimately interesting characters that more than just a certain pair of assets. It revolves around several schools with students still in training to be shinobi, with previous games focusing on them fighting each other for various reasons, like obtaining powerful scrolls, revenge, or fulfilling the wish of a deceased/dying grandpa. Ever since the end of Shinovi Versus however, the schools have united take down the shared threat of the Yoma, who are born from the conflict between Good and Evil schools. To make this a bit more confusing, there are also two timelines since the games were on the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo 3DS, and they even brought over two characters from the 3DS timeline to the Sony timeline. Also these games are kinda like Musous, so if you play these, expect to see a lot of characters on screen, barring spinoffs. Currently, we only have Homura from the Crimson Squad/Sony Timeline in Avalon, and I would welcome just about anyone, especially those from her team as she misses them dearly. | Carlos is the son of Cruella De Vil, but he's the first to tell you that he's nothing like his mother. He's sweet, kind, brilliant, techy, and has a dog, Dude, who is his best friend. (Yes, I know the text in the gif has a typo, It's Pack not Packed, but the gif was too perfect). He comes from Auradon, a kingdom that has brought all of the Disney kingdoms together. Basically, Carlos is a sweetie, from a terrible mother, a 'normal' guy from a world of fairy tales and magic and kings and queens. |
