Elsa definitely seems to be more the consensus in being more popular lol. Which. I kinda figured. Since Tales, with Symphonia being older, and Tales generally being a more niche series in comparison to some other JRPGs ala Final Fantasy or such. I'm just less sure on her familiar. If I go with her and not someone else.

The Avatar cast tempts me but idk I am that confident to attempt to try Aang in a game though.

Hahah, Frozen series just happens to be one of of my favorite Disney things ever, so I'm always excited seeing muses from it. And actually canonblind to Tales and most games in general since never played much of anything... Colette sounds really great though! I think Nokk is a cute idea for familiar for her?? It couldn't be the same Nokk since familiars can't be a specific creature from canon but Elsa could probably bring the Nokk and Marshmallow and tiny snowmen or whatever in her inventory same way like pets are brought here??

Heeeeey, we would absolutely love to have your Aang here and we would welcome you / him with open arms! I just recently rewatched the series myself after focusing on playing Korra for years and Sokka's player watched it with me for the first time, so we're both also pretty new to playing from this... Haven't read all of the comics myself. We're all very chill but easily excited about more Avatar castmates. So like no worries about confidence with us, if he sounds like a fun option to you here, we would be happy to see him! (I say but I always have my own confidence issues too, so I get that, but trying to worry less about those.) Avalon could be a good game for trying him, maybe? The app is fun to write instead of normal personality section style even if I love writing those too.

Your FMA and Fruits Basket journals remind me how I should add more of those to that plurk meme about characters I wish to play next year-ish.

Frozen isn't my overall favourite in regards to Disney but. I did enjoy it and the books have added to it well, imo. Especially Forest of Shadows. And yeah. Tales of series of video games have been some of my favourites since a friend got me into them over a decade ago. With Symphonia being the nostalgic first Tales I played, Colette being my favourite from that one. I figured even if not the same Nokk, she might be able to bring in another? It doesn't seem as specific/actually properly named the same way Olaf or Marshmallow are at least.

But aaah. Thank you! I'm just aware there is more with the comics/Korra and haven't gotten to all that and haven't done a lot with Aang yet exactly. Maybe if I psl or meme more with him and get more confident eventually as a possible second at some point though idk.

I wouldn't say no to meme or psl things with Fullmetal or Fruits Basket either for that matter.

Before Frozen I was always like Beauty and the Beast is my eternal favorite, then they released Moana too etc. I actually haven't read the Forest of Shadows yet, it's waiting for me in my bookshelf. Tales character always seem great whenever I see them around. True about the Nokk though, but it depends on what the mods say.

Yeaaah, there is more with the comics for sure (I should read all of them too...) but don't worry about them or Korra too much, any canon point works here and you can take your time with getting to them without worrying about spoilers or anything. If you want help with psls or memes, I'd be happy to do either with you! Haven't done much with Katara yet either after recently getting back into playing her and then holidays happened soon after that.

Hahah, I probably need a canon review for both before I really do anything with anyone from either, but that may be more rp goals for next year.

Yeah, Beauty & the Beast and Tangled are my overall favourites but so many are so close in being runner ups with Disney making such amazing films. Moana included. I liked that Forest of Shadows was kinda darker in tone than I was expecting them to go in what they did with the Nattmara and how that played out, but I won't spoil things with specifics there for you.

I'd probably figure a refresh for Aang but I did just watch it like earlier this year/late last year. idk if I'd go later canon or earlier for him but. We'll see how I go. I totally get the need for refreshing with some characters, you aren't alone there.

Right, I love so many old ones but then they have been making amazing new movies too. Now you definitely made me even more interested in reading it, mostly I have been lazy with getting started and distracted with other things. But sounds exciting, maybe I will get there soon.

Katara's familiar is an otter penguin and Sokka was able to take Momo here as a pet with him, so she thinks about penguin sledding often and misses him a lot! Though she is from Zuko's coronation time/before the final scene. Refreshes are nice, I played Winry for years in Route but haven't done much with others from it... And haven't read Fruits Basket in years, still haven't watched the new anime at all either since I was waiting for Rin episodes more and more episodes to have more to watch at once. (No really, I have no idea how I still haven't watched it at all but Sokka's player is going to change that.)

I feel that though in getting distracted with watching/reading/playing other things, definitely. I hope you enjoy it when you do get to it! I figure since it's set prior to the sequel I might take her from after the events of the book there.

In before Aang is distraught forever if he wouldn't be able to bring in Appa but. Momo is also acceptable. As is the penguin, of course! I'd definitely need to refresh for Ed, it's been A While and I kinda burned out on playing him after years in games. I definitely recommend the new Fruits Basket anime though it's amazing seeing it all animated when we only had the manga prior for some scenes and characters!

That is me with watching/reading anything... Too easily distracted. Although once I really start and get into things, then sometimes i never stop until I have to wait for new episodes or the series is over ahahah. Thanks, I hope I'll enjoy it too!

Aang could bring Appa in his inventory items since it includes slots for pets! Appa would possibly just be smaller than he is in canon, FAQ may have said something about downsizing huge pets/familiars. Oh hey me too on the burning out after playing Winry... I love what little I have seen of the new anime so far, I'm sure I'll love it and I'm so excited seeing all of those characters animated now! Sometimes I consider bringing Rin here but well, it has been years, definitely need a canon review there and need to see how it goes with my current ones first after my holiday travelings are over.

I usually try get through one thing first before moving on to another. But. Yeah, sometimes it is easy to lose track if you are getting to multiple things at once and waiting for other things to get new episodes or such.

I wasn't sure if it would be Appa or a random bison instead but even if he isn't as huge as long as it was Appa Aang would be happy. Because yeah he is kinda. Huge.....

Burnout sure is a thing that happens. idk maybe it's been long enough if I wanted to try with Ed again if I reread. I've been impatient for more ever since season two finished for Fruits Basket though ngl lol it's been so great seeing it all animated and so faithful to the manga. I'm loving it.

Yeaaah. Currently waiting for new episodes into a Netflix series but this game kicked me into watching another series there, so waiting hasn't been so bad...

Oh, inventory slots are for pets/animal guides/etc and that way they stay as the same as they are in canon. And then familiars are different, when they are like general creature from there instead of being a specific one. So he can bring Appa as his Appa and then possibly have any other general creature from Avatar as his familiar. And the new size could be fun to play with while everyone, including Appa, get used to the fact that he is not huge anymore but everyone still love him just as much anyway. :D

I love Ed, always happy to see him around or play with him, actually my favorite character ever. It has probably been long enough for me too to dive back into FMA too, then I can continue making jokes about throwing Lan Fan here and giving her Alchemy of all options with magic because that sounds funny to me. (Or more or less considering one more less social muse options here to balance my social ones!) I will definitely be impatient for more episodes if I watch it now before there are more but we'll see when I get to it, I love Furuba a lot, glad to hear you love the new anime and I'm sure I'll love it too!

The Netflix binge of excitement when the new series comes out and then the wait. Yup. I know that.

Ah I see! Yeah. That could work then. I just was less sure on it with Elsa with her creations for example and what for her might count as a pet exactly. Regardless of size, clearly the important thing would be that Aang has Appa though.

Ed is my favourite too. I just got burnt out playing him for years and all. I did notice the transmutations/alchemy here on the abilities list and cackled to myself, yes. But if you still want to chat/plot I am over @ caprican at Plurk.
