| Skip Beat is an anime/manga series set in modern(ish) times that is straight fantasy. Except for all the weird parts where it is not! I have Kyoko Mogami in game and am working on enabling a potential Maria Takarada. Because of the way Kyoko is weird with her roles practicing with magic had led to a few of her characters taking her over. And yes, for those who know the series, that does mean Mio Hongo. Who I would love: Well, Moko, of course. Mr. Yashiro. If someone brings in Lory I will have to stalk practically every thread for the over the top fabulous nature of them. To avoid spoilers all I will say about Kyoko's canon point is that she is just after the conclusion of the auditions for Lotus In The Mud. I will happily help any potential SB players with icon creation (I have the whole manga series to date as E-books, so screen shots are a thing) and testing. Kyoko needs someone to yell at her or give her a hard time for actually being in Fairy Land and still LOOKING for fairies, lol. Plus it would be cool to have someone who knows who Mio is and to give her grief about her curse dolls and the posters in her room. |

| An idol reverse-harem anime (originally a visual novel, also a mobage) that starts with 6 guys, evolves into 11 and then it's suddenly 18 (7 being anime only). And there's still just one of the main girl. We have several different personalities, nice side characters and great music. The story itself is your basic they make a debut and then try to survive the idol industry type of a thing where we also see them do other things than just singing. I play Ren who is part of the original 6. He has been alone since Prismatica, so he would love to see anyone. Even might hug Hijirikawa (not really). Join me in Prince revolution. |

| Okuyasu's a delinquent-looking teen whose first reaction to most problems is to punch it until it stops being a problem. He also canonly cries about an ice cream store being closed :'( because he is a layered boy and many of those layers are soft. His main arc in his canon is learning to think for himself and gaining some measure of self-confidence; here, it seems like an ideal place to extend and build on that journey. Oku's a good kid who's seen a lotta shit and he's outgoing enough that in a big 'do good things for the world you got brought to' game, he seems like he'd thrive. I'M V CURIOUS ABOUT THE ATMOSPHERE HERE IN GENERAL and also the potential for found family there i said it here we are |

| Gyro is an enigma carrying a teddy bear. He's a young adult (~24) who seems serious and driven at first glance and to most strangers; he's been trained since a young age in medicine, martial arts, and various other duties as part of his family's long-standing job and important position in their local community. He's proud of what his family does...and also sometimes at odds with it. Once you spend more time with Gyro, you might get to learn that he is prone to making terrible jokes just to have something to say, that he's actually a bit of a space cadet, and also the second he's away from his dad and in another country he wears GRILLS like guys I cannot stress enough how much he only has the slightest veneer of coherency and is then a spiraling mess of 'I disappointed my family but at least my lipstick looks good'. Gyro is self-confident and self-reliant and his main character arc in canon is being the main character's mentor (and to some extent, the softer voice of moral reason between the two). In-game, Gyro might work well really putting himself to work climbing the ranks of the magic system, finding stuff to fight, and...let's be real, probably accidentally adopting/befriending a select few, although he's naturally less gregarious than Okuyasu is. |

| Alucard is a brooding dhampir descended from the vampire lord of legend, Dracula, and a human doctor, Lisa; schooled in the arcane and supernatural, he’s an intelligent, elegant, and mysterious…tall emo teenager cusping adulthood who’s dealt with Way Too Much in the span of under two years. naturally, kidnapping him to a foreign magic world would be ideal! especially considering his experience with magic, science, and the supernatural, he should adapt well for how alarming it would be to blip into Avalon's existence. would be taking him from the end of season 3 for maximum pain. undecided on familiar (a grimm feels so fitting for s3 him...but i am considering a less-evil-spin on the balaur for him too.) but kinetic magic is likely to happen! once he’s done angrily sulking about being thrown into this place, of course. |

| Bruno is the captain of a section of the Italian mafia, overseer of entertainment and import industries in Naples, and head of his own bodyguard team, which he also performs work within. Bruno is serious and determined toward his duty serving the people that need of him, but also compassionate and dedicated, and virtuous at heart. the side you meet depends on you and the circumstances; he can be brutal and ruthless if you’re seen as a threat, or he can be protective and stabilizing if you’re in need. more uncertain about apping him, but i adore crosscanon with people canon familiar or not, so please let me know if he seems like someone you might be interested in interacting with! haven’t decided on a familiar (but i feel like it has to be something seen in Roman myth, maybe caladrius or pegasus?) but considering light or kinetic magic for him. might be taking him from post-canon (won’t mention it in detail to avoid spoilers.)
i loveee cross-canon and canon unfamiliar people to organically discover with, just as much as i love anything else with familiarity. i have plenty of standard cr tropes that i love (fire-forged friendships, found family, hurt/comfort, odd couple, friends that bicker, mentor/apprentice dynamic, serious and sweet) if anyone else enjoys dynamics like them! talk to me if you'd like to see one or both of these faces here! and tell me something you like about the game. | Former assassin turned ally. Raised by a cult called the Daughters of Aku with her six sisters Ashi's one purpose in life was to kill the Samurai. However she ended up learning the truth of Aku's evil and became Jack's ally during most of Season 5. She's also literally a daughter of Aku, her and her six sisters born from a cult member ingesting his essence. I'm just really in love with the idea of Ashi learning more about life, getting to experience more of this helping people schtick and maybe even making a friend or two! Her familiar would likely be a ladybug (because I'm a sap). Did you know ladybugs are sometimes said to be messengers to the gods, carrying your wishes on their backs to them? In most cultures they also represent good luck. If you've got CR ideas or anything, lay them on me. |

Rise is charming, melodramatic, flirty, and all around just a cute and fun girl - just don't eat her cooking, it'll burn a hole in your mouth (and stomach, for that matter.) She's from a game that's about facing your True Self, because apparently being a teenager isn't hard enough without having your worst fears and insecurities televised in an incredibly dramatized manner! I've wanted to play this girl for years, and I'm going through the game again and remembering how much I love her!! Avalon has a really fun premise, and I'm loving all the cute girls and idols I see listed haha. I'm thinking maybe cognitive or possibly dark magic for her! |

| Who We Have: Tamaki Amajiki (Suneater) Who We Want: Any from class 1-A, the rest of the big 3 (huge personal bias here), or any of the pro heroes! Honestly, anyone to be honest -- Tamaki is all by himself and he's of the solid opinion that it kind of sucks. About: MHA is all the good things about Japanese manga and western hero comics rolled up in one. In the future nearly everyone on Earth is born with a "quirk" that makes them more than just a regular human. It's the story of one kid with no quirk who is given possibly the strongest, and his effort to become the number one hero. It's full of wonderful characters and has an amazingly good storyline woven with a high school setting. The best part is the adult characters are actually just as engaging and interesting as the children! I'm actually terrible at summaries, but it would be absolutely amazing to see any of these characters who are used to having certain abilities have to relearn something magical instead. It's definitely an opportunity for them to explore something new! This would be especially interesting for someone like Midoriya, or All Might, but just about anyone would Have A Time, I think, considering how natural quirk use is for most people in canon! |

She helped her twin sister end the world, only to get betrayed by her and viciously impaled She desperately needs to learn to be her own person outside of her sister's influence, and actually learn something resembling people skills. Thinking she's got to have some sort of wolfy familiar, not sure on magic type yet. |

| A knight from a fallen empire who is pretty much an all-around good boy: he's kind, loyal, honorable, intelligent, all of that knightly stuff. ... and then he derails a strategy meeting by hitting on girls while his best friend is in the background yelling "WHY ARE YOU LIKE THIS?!" Okay, look, so no one is perfect. He's spent the last 10+ years being dead, let him live a little. Given that he's already a knight in canon, he's pretty much a natural for this setting, and his desire to help people would keep him pretty busy and make CR building easy. He also makes a great big brother and he's a master at dealing with the prickly grump sort (see: his best friend) because he's just so chill and easygoing. He'd be a great sparring partner, emotional support, strategist, you name it, he can probably do it. |

Colette is the most sheltered, oblivious and clumsy teenager, raised in her little town of Iselia being told she was to be sacrificed at sixteen years of age on a journey to restore their world, essentially. She has a lot of insecurities and issues regarding her self worth and such in having grown up with this knowledge in basically being told and expected to die for everyone else at such a young age and how that (obviously....) is in major conflict with her friend's vocal and displeased protests when they find out the truth about the Journey of Regeneration and what this means for her. She's basically the most kind, sacrificing, dog loving girl that is in the process of/actually becomes an Angel for her people. (Spoilers being an angel means gorgeous wings but the process is horrible....do not recommend. At all. The worst.) lbr her familiar would prob be some random doggo she named 'Caramel' or something. Probably light magic? |

Pretty sure everyone knows this one but. Basically. Sheltered princess turned Queen of Arendelle who was terrified of her ice abilities after an incident with her younger sister until years later said sister helped her start accepting them and learn to control it once Elsa stopped shutting herself away. I'd probably take her after the Forest of Shadows book but prior to the sequel film? So she is most of the way in controlling herself and in her confidence and such in dealing with her insecurities for the most part at least. And I'd say probably elemental magic because /gestures at her general abilities with ice anyway and also the whole spirit thing in the sequel film. I'm just less sure on the familiar aspect in choosing there? Things like Olaf or Marshmallow that she created herself are prob a Nope but. The Nokk? Maybe? |

Because of the way powers and things work in Avalon, she'd be ALIVE! So she'll be lots of fun to throw at people because she's used to being able to just go through walls. I would LOVE to see any RF4 castmates, or bounce her off of anybody who loves to play pranks or be silly. |

| Cyan Hijirikawa lacks the courage to join her high school band. After venting her frustrations, she gets sucked into her favorite musical mobile game by a dark force. She arrives in Midi City as a cat girl finds herself in a new world that revolves around music. She unwillingly accepts the task to fight off the dark monsters with her pink guitar, Strawberry Heart.
Cyan must continue to fight off the dark monsters and work hard to increase her musical skill in order to defeat the evil entity plotting to take over the music world. Follow her as she explores this new world, deal with the up and downs of friendship, and finds the courage to fight! Currently, Crow is the only one in-game, but I would love anyone from Plasmagica or ShinganCrimsonz to join! I would even take any of their rivals in music as well. |

| The Oracle of Darkness from a splintered world, who is (5.4 spoilers incoming) actually the reincarnation of the sundered Ascian Logrif. Tsundere without the dere. May or may not be the Squall to Ryne's Rinoa. I'd be looking to bring her in from 5.4. Naturally I'm kind of pulled toward dark magic, but kinetic suits her as well, given that her brand of dark magic comes with time-warping abilities. As for a familiar, I have zero idea! Some kind of faerie might be hilarious just because of how long she spent with her, but really I'm clueless. I'm also open to any and all CR! I took a huge break during December and am getting back into the swing, so hit me up. ♥ |

D is a petshop owner in Chinatown who has a sweet tooth and a habit of matching people up with... odd pets. For a man who was willing to die for his reptiles, a gorgan. For parents who killed their daughter via overindulgence, a rabbit that multiplied when indulged, and then got violent. A girl who was blind due to psychological trauma got a seeing eye dog that protected her from the person who wanted her dead. Often the people getting the pets see them as human or humanish. And there are always rules. Break them... and usually people wind up dead. And D never seems to be remorseful over that, unless the animal died as well. D can see animals as animals but also as people, and always bonded better with animals, having little care for humans. If D is actually human at all... is somewhat ambiguous. D would be coming from the manga, but I don't know yet if that would be the main series, or the sequel set in Tokyo. The main interest for me, for D is that I have considered D on and off for ages now, but finding a game for someone with such hazy undefined and ambiguous powers and physical capabilities is... daunting to say the least. Here with power nerf and familiars... D would of course have animal magic as the magic style. |

Leo is a cat boy from a demi-human race called the Ajin that are generally discriminated against in his world. Despite being faster and stronger and more agile than humans, they are usually slaves and servants and pets. And Ajin and humans are forbidden to share children. Leo grew up in an isolated village near the border between two warring nations. The village was one of the rare places at the time that was Ajin controlled. There were only Ajin there, and many of them looked far more animal than human. Leo, having whiskers, fangs, cat ears, a tail, odd eyes, odd feet, and hair that is a mix of human and lion, is one of the most human looking members of his village. Until he was in his teens, he had never even met a human, and he was terrified of them. Leo tends to hide his terror behind anger and can be hot headed. Which given he is one of the very rare people in his world to have an Arcana - a magical gift - and his is fire... it can get interesting when he is scared. For the game, I just need to verify one thing with the mods, but otherwise... his canon review is almost done, he'd just need a journal and icons. He would have the elemental power set though it might take him a while to realize that he has more than fire going for him. |

Tula is an Ecomancer from the world of Mer who became a pirate for secret altruistic reasons. She has good intentions, generally, but is willing to do whatever she has to in order to see them through. Given how cynical she can be - though she rarely shows it in any obvious way - she rarely sees the peaceful of "good" way through. She is snarky and distrustful, but once she gives her loyalty she will protect that person to her own death if need be. She is a good balance for the main character who is too trusting and always looking for the "good" path. The occasionally meet in the middle, but more often one or the other of them is alert to enough of the truth to get through. Gamewise, she'd have elemental magic for sure. Like so many of my other choices (and two of my kids in game already), she'll have no clue what the phone is or how to use it, but she's a quick study and will see its usefulness at once and try to learn more. She might be the first of mine to actually actively use the quest board, because odd jobs to earn money towards a goal is something she understands. She's also used to long term quests to save the world. At least here they're not being chased by Bloth, so that is a bonus. While I have never played Tula on Dreamwidth, she was pretty much the first RP character I ever played that wasn't an OC. I was playing her and Ren and the others back in Elementary school and she has developed so much in the years (not saying how many, mind) since then. This would be my first time playing her pure canon in AGES. Her CRAU is waaaaaaay too convoluted to bring into a game, lol. |

Me is... incoming spoiler dump Me was once a human girl in a small viking village. She had a vast imagination and a terrible guilt complex that combined to make her constantly sure that any time someone left the village they'd die and it was her fault. And then when their village was raided, she actually did make it worse. The Doctor's cleverness utilized her imagination to stop the thread, and save what was left of her people. But doing so killed her. The Doctor, unwilling to lose to death found a way to put life back in her body. But it made her immortal. Immortal life, mortal memory. She forgot things over time, reinvented herself constantly, and at the end of the universe she was the last one left. "Even the other immortals are gone." She made herself the Patron saint of the Doctor's leftovers. Her life for billions of years was cleaning up the messes he left behind, right up til the end of the universe. And beyond as she got a Tardis of her own. And then she arrived in a game called Wake. (She'll be CRAU like whoa.) In Wake she got to meet a number of the Doctor's other faces. Some she befriended - though due to circumstances, she'd never admit it. One face, Ten, she came to all but hate. Because of Rose. Who she hates more than she has ever hated anyone. That game had a way for people to choose to go home. She took it when she was too angry. She caries a lot of anger now, her heart is wounded. But she's also learned a lot in her time there. She's grown and changed. She dresses to reflect that, she keeps people distant. She is cool and aloof and more. She actively seeks to push people away. The power she got in Wake made that easier. She could use Bending to create whatever she wanted. Here, she won;'t have that. And while she won't exactly starve to death or anything, she will actually need money for the first time in years. All her years in Nautilus (Wake's setting) all her years at the end of the universe where there was no one to buy anything from. She hasn't had a job in a few centuries, probably, so that will be interesting. She's killer good with a bow and arrow, though she will have to learn to actually carry arrows again. But perhaps the most interesting will be that unless she finds a way to get more of her journals... her memories will start to fade the longer she is in game. I love Me, and love playing her, but I do know she can be... hard to get along with. So yeah. Me. |

Mal is another CRAU kid, though she is over from SMK, and she is NOT going to be happy about being ripped away from the battle to save all the worlds from there to another save all the worlds mission. To have all her powers ripped away AGAIN. To be ripped away from her friends. Mal as a character is... prickly. The canon point I took her from over at SMK that will carry over (right as she was driving her bike off the cliff in movie 2, unsure if the bridge would appear) left her teetering on the edge, unsure if she is good or evil, but leaning evil. In game she has a few good friends trying to convince her that she doesn't have to be good OR evil, just be Mal. She's still struggling with that. She acts as though she is evil, like she's trying to convince the world she is. Half the time she can almost convince herself. She tries to hide her goodness from everyone, especially herself. To come up with selfish sounding excuses for when she is caught helping others. Not sure yet what her power set would be, or her familiar. Not a dragon, though, given how often she has to tell Ace not to eat dragons. And of course the whole thing where she's part dragon herself, though she is from before she realizes she can become one in canon. |
