Character Name: Asterios, but he calls himself Berserker to others.
Canon: Fate Grand Order.
Info: The Minotaur of Greek mythology. A hulking, tall man of muscle, scars and fluff. He's actually a gentle giant, but when he gets mad, he is incredibly dangerous. Prefers animals over people.
Magics & Familiar: Animal/Green + Camahueto (unicorn cow.)
Desired CR: Open for anything but shipping.
Known Plans: Now that he's working for Zadoc's animal ranch, it'll give him (well, me) more reason to be out in the city, like getting supplies and such. Since he's anti-social by nature (a case of wanting friends but not feeling he deserves them) it's been rough getting him out and about, as he chooses to live in the woods, but I'm trying to boot him out and get him out there more.

Please help poor Harry out with the magical flu. He’s going to sneeze stuff flying wildly out of control and things being set on fire.

Character Name: Toshirou Hijikata
Canon: Gintama
Info: He's a mayonnaise-obsessed samurai policeman with a short fuse, from an Edo that was conquered and rapidly modernised by aliens in the 19th century. Gintama is a mix of comedy/parody, action and drama, so he knows how to roll with a lot of mood whiplash!

Magics & Familiar: Elemental/Death & Crow Tengu (Arashi)
Desired CR: I'm always up for anything, but seeing how knights can now appoint squires and deputies Hijikata is game for that!! That said he's already got his hands full with his ghost patrol, so I'll most likely limit his capacities to two squires for the time being. Shoto is first in line since Hijikata already offered to train him, and the other slot will preferentially be given to someone with death magic (to be Hijikata's stand-in with the ghosts). He'll also be going on most knight's quests from next month on and drag his squire(s) or other aspiring knights along for practice!

Known Plans: In terms of TDM prompts I decided to give Hijikata the short end of the stick this time: on the Life Alerts front he'll meet the basilisk and get petrified on the far side of the river (since he's still living across the Bridge of the Pure of Heart), so he won't be able to help search for the cure... but he will be available to be ~~graffiti'd and~~ eventually rescued, if someone wants to smear nimbus flower paste on him. Once the sleep paralysis hits the expedition at night he, who already had plenty of opportunities to face his fears and regrets, will be available to enter people's dreams through the cognitive mages' ritual and try to help them out of their nightmares!

Out of the Going Viral prompts he's slightly less likely to get involved with the lava floor, and to the relief of probably everybody he also won't try to clone his mayonnaise since he already has his bottomless mug supplying him, and he'll be careful to wear a mask once he hears of the flu going around... so once again he's an ideal candidate to help others with their doppelgangers, endlessly multiplying and/or hungry food, and magical sneezes!

On the quest front he's available for the Dragon Quest if anybody is missing a third person! He'll want to slay it, though. After what it's done he's not in the mood for negotiations. Instead of giving out alms he'll set out to kill the fear gorta, taking them for zombies (I'll likely just tag out for this one), and he'll only help with the lettuces if someone asks him to (he's here for more gritty stuff than guarding delicacies)! He'll most likely stay away from this month's dark web quests as well since they either sound like bad news, aren't battle-heavy enough for his skillset, or seem like a lot of work for a dubious quest-giver.

Otherwise I think it's about time something went wrong with Hijikata's ghost patrol, so a few of his spectral subordinates will conspire to replace him as the commander, and some shit will go down... I'm still figuring out the details, but I'm thinking one of them will possess Hijikata and go around acting like a jackass, trying to incite the other ghosts to also possess people and take over (this will ultimately be localised to just one area of Camelot during the night and likely be over come morning).

Other: Gintama had a crossover event with Granblue Fantasy last month; it was really nice from what I saw! Here's Hijikata with his workmate Okita.

Character Name: Rinea
Canon: Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia
Info: :A modest court lady from a fallen baron's house in a snowy land. Usually maintains a reserved personality but opens up when enjoying her favorite pastime, ballroom dancing. Having escaped becoming Empress back home, Rinea now aspires to live a quaint little life here.
Magics & Familiar: Alchemy, Kinetic & Guardian named Adalhard
Desired CR: From last post: Friendship! Alchemy study buddies! Kinetic mentors! New CR! Continuing established CR! Negative CR is also fine too if you want to?! Do whatever you want I'm game LOL
Known Plans: I still have a lot of tags going from last month, so Rinea will be mostly on-call hahaha. (So hmu if you want something!!)
General plans for what Rinea is up to this month:

I think I'll have her totter over to the Alchemy Guild sooner or later, so if your character frequents it, they can meet! She also shows up at Hawk's errand-running job to request potion ingredient runs sometimes LOL so if your character works there, she can give them extra payment in the form of potions or other alchemic goods.
She finished her ghost-warding potion; she probably put up flyers for it like she did the last one. So if your character needs it, they can request it!

Does Hijikata still frequent Riou's old camp at all? I think you said he moved to the old man's house near the pure of heart bridge, but I can't remember what happened to the camp lol.

If he does still use it tho, that might be a great place for Rei and Hijikata to connect beyond their current transactional relationship!! Since it's out of the way (and still booby trapped????) maybe Hijikata makes Rei meet him there for the phone upgrades thinking it'd make him suffer a little (lol) and they can go from there?

He pretty much cleared out of the camp and left it to be used as a storage space in the cold season (though whether anyone is availing of that is left open; maybe NPCs at the most)! He... honestly didn't know how to make a camp winter-ready... he just secured everything as well as he could because he also didn't know how to take down a (probably) military-grade camp... sorry, Riou!!

So he isn't staying there anymore, but we can totally arrange for that meet-up anyway! Despite what Hijikata tells himself, he thinks of the past a lot, so he may give Rei that location to both have their shady dealings out of the way of prying eyes and "just to check if everything's still in good order"... (Riou isn't coming back, Hijikata).

Also yes, it's still booby-trapped.

Character Name: Belgium

Canon: Hetalia

Info: Boy, she's the country of Belgium personified! She's from an infamous canon known as Hetalia. Generally she's pretty laid back and enjoys baking, drinking, eating, making money, and teasing others~! She can be pretty scary when she wants to be as well! That said, Belgium doesn't really consider herself all that flashy, and typically doesn't go out of her way to show off.

Magics & Familiar: Alchemy/Green/Big Fluffy Lion~!

Desired CR: Everything! Friendship, Enemies, Frenemies. People to bake waffles with~!

Known Plans: She spoke to Medea last month over the possibility of starting up a brewer's festival during Christmas, and is actually kind of, sort of thrilled at the idea. To that end she'll be looking for anyone else brewing alcohol, or interested in it, or simply help with things. She will also be looking for/asking/desperate for help at her little beer café for the holiday season! So if anyone is interested in something like that feel free to hit me up as well.

EVENT WISE:

Dragon: I was debating on if I really wanted her to do anything with this, but figured why not? She'll be interested in catching the giant, homicidal reptile and bring it to JUSTICE!!!! Currently looking for group of likeminded individuals for that endeavor. Any and all may join her in this Crusade for JUSTICE!

I also have a post here for other quests that she's focusing on this month. So feel free to drop her a line. Or reach out and let me know if there's anything specific you'd like to do. Other than that she's basically going to be chilling like a villain, and I'll probably have her become a knight sometime this month or next. oops oxo

Character Name: Beowulf

Canon: Fate/ Grand Order

Info: Basically a spirit that can be summoned to kick ass. And since he's Beowulf he is the King of Ass Kicking. A dragon slayer/demon slayer/giant slayer/slayer of all sorts of big bad nasties. He's the Beowulf of lore, one of the oldest, surviving written English texts in existence (and probably much, much older than the last surviving manuscript itself). Generally he's pretty chill and more or less straight to the point.

Magics & Familiar: Healing/Siphon/Hulder

Desired CR: Punching (making) friends, punching (beating the ever living tar out of) enemies. Honestly I'm pretty good with most of anything.
Known Plans: There's that Dragon this month. He's Beowulf. Beowulf Slays dragons. Beowulf does not like them and has bad experiences with them. He considers them to be pests that should be killed on sight before they become a problem. Beowulf abused a time machine in order to travel through time and space to Slay freakin' Dragons. Beowulf thinks dragons Taste Good. Beowulf's skills are Geared towards fighting dragons and giants.

You feelin' me yet? He does not like them and has currently teamed up with Kadoc and Ritsuka to go after this specific one. While I'm fine with him interacting with others during this outing, note that he won't argue this point, or fight anyone trying to save the thing. Considering that to be a waste of time and a distraction from the real enemy. Should the dragon get away... he's not going to give up and still go after it. Probably leading to him exploring around the island until something more important comes up, or he finds and kills it.

That said...! He does earn the #1 spot of the top ten anime deaths of all time.

For other events I already started up this post. But of course I'm also fine with doing other things. And like Belgium I'll probably look to set him up with a title, on make him a noble. Because that will annoy him to no end.

Mamoru can try, but he likely can't do much since he doesn't have healing magic and you need that to cure it, I think.

Character Name: Griffin O'Callahan
Canon: D&D OC
Info: Griffin is a big beefy himbo. In his D&D campaign he is the party tank, AKA the team's Fighter. My DM talked me into making him an Eldritch Knight, which is a bad choice strategically for a character whose dump stat also his spellcasting modifier, but it's also freaking hilarious, so my DM didn't actually twist my arm too hard. Or at all, honestly.

Griffin is a tiefling - he's got a set of big chunky horns growing out of his forehead, blood-red eyes that appear to be all sclera, and a long heavy demon tail, because Infernal.

In Avalon he's got a good steady job as a blacksmith at Forge Ahead, and that is where he spends a lot of his time.

He also has a giant tarantula buddy named Daisy. Daisy is the size of a bull mastiff, weighs about a hundred pounds, and wants to be everyone's friend. Fun Daisy Trivia: Unlike Griffin, this giant spider actually has an Intelligence modifier, making her the brains of this particular duo. Just as a general heads-up, I don't involve her in threads without a CW, and won't bring her into threads unless I know the person I'm threading with is cool with giant spiders. Or spiders in general. Daisy acts more like a friendly dog than like anything else, but I totally get that she is some people's nightmare fuel.

Desired CR: FRIENDSHIP. Work got super busy this past month so I kind of fell off the wagon, but I'm hoping to get back on for November and continue to make lots of friends for this lad!
Known Plans: I do intend to put up an open log post this month with some of the quest board prompts, maybe some of the TDM prompts, and a slice-of-life prompt where characters can run into him at the forge if they have business there. Or even if they don't have business there, I'm not the boss of you, I don't make the rules.

I do specifically want to compose a starter for the Magic Flu prompt, because it's high time this big dummy figures out he can do magic, and if there's a better way to figure that out than by accidentally hexing someone, then I don't want to know about it.

I also checked that out as well, so maybe we can have either Jean or Ren to try to help him out and he and Mamoru can do AlmS for the Gore instead, where they get to feed the poor fear gorta instead of, well, doing what the quest giver has said.

I loved our one thread from a million years ago and would like to have more! I'm good with either Amnesiac or OG Monika this month, though I definitely don't think Griffin knows Monika well enough yet to be able to notice the difference.

OOCly I'm still trying to figure out what happened to October - I blinked and it was gone?? Would she have avoided meeting him again after they parted ways, or could he have talked her into getting coffee or something? Or maybe it took all month for him to talk her into getting coffee and they're finally hanging out now? The sky's the limit.

Info: A hyper, hot-headed hedgehog from a world where people are obsessed with music, himself included. Crow is the vocalist and guitarist of the visual Kei Rock band, ShinganCrimsonZ, here to use his crimson's mind eye to reborn this stagnant world and all that jazz. If he's not chatting about music or darkness, he's probably stuffing his face with food or guzzling down milk. He also is a son of Dairy farmers, so he can be very passionate about his farm life too!
Magics & Familiar: Dark and Blood Magic & a yatagarasu named Onyx

Desired CR: Bring on the friendships! He's totally missing his bandmates from back home, so he's definitely looking to connect with more people. So if he's already friends with you, he'll probably want to strengthen those bonds even more. If he just met you and thinks you're cool, he'll probably be hanging around a bit more. I'm not against negative CR either since Crow can get pretty heated, and animated when angry. It's fun to piss him off, so please do!

Known Plans: I'm planning to put up a catchall this weekend with TDM prompts and two quests prompts. Crow is two quests away from knighthood, so I'm hoping to do at least one this month. I'm eying the butterfly lettuce and the Skellen quests. If anyone would like to assist Crow with either of those, let me know.

As for TDM prompts, I'm planning the Floor Is Lava, Magical Flu, Hungry No more...and I might do the Sleep Paralysis demons as prompts.

I went on hiatus before I could really coordinate the auditions and assembling of the band, but I am still interested in putting it together. More to come on that later, but let me know if there's still interest.
