Suikoden App this, please!

Suikoden is an old JRPG series telling a single narrative across a long stretch of time and in different locations. It's a fantasy war drama ideal for anyone who ever watched Game of Thrones and felt it needed more dog people and talking ducks. Our current cast has Yuber, Chris Lightfellow (Flame Champion), Geddoe, Nash Latkje and Caesar Silverberg. This is such a niche franchise in today's day and age we'd really love to see anyone. But since we're currently all playing from the Suikoden III era Hugo, the Zexen Knights, the 12th Unit, or the missing Destroyers would be particularly awesome.

Aang Avatar: The Last Airbender Enable me, please!

So, you prob mostly already know this kid. He's the Avatar. Aka the Chosen One or whatever, of his world. The one expected to Be Awesome and Amazing and Save the World. Only he's....twelve and kinda ran away in being upset about all that responsibility and being separated from his mentor figure. Which resulted in him being frozen for a hundred years and all his people at the Air Temples have been killed and he has to now stop a war that's been raging all this time. Yeah. He's expected to go and master all four elements (air, water, earth and fire) and avoid being captured by the Fire Nation. He's fun, seriously just a kid (the first thing he wants to do after being unfrozen? Penguin sledding.....yup.....) He's a goofball and a softie at heart (especially around a certain girl) and even saves that One Guy that keeps trying to capture him! More than once, even. He makes his mistakes and sometimes gets a little cocky, but he genuinely does want to do his best and save everyone. I'm for sure wanting to go with Elemental because Obvious Choice there. I'm waffling on the second for him being Healing or Death magic because the Avatar being the bridge between the Spirit and the living world and all and that he is expected to Save Everyone etc. But he'd for sure be coming in with Aapa, of course! Just. Smaller. He'll be fine though. As long as Aang has his bison bff he will be happy and contented. I'm getting through a rewatch still (reasons this is taking a bit haha), with the next episode or so being more or less? when I figure I'd take him from initially (meeting Toph), so we'll see? If I feel confident enough trying someone new. But if someone else was keen, I'm totally cool with apping someone else instead!








Kyo Sohma Fruits Basket Enable me, please!

Kyo is the Cat of the Sohma family. Meaning he transforms, in canon, into a cat when hugged by the opposite sex. And also has another more creepy/horrifying True Form because Cats are Suffering in this zodiac curse. He carries a lot of guilt regarding the past and is rather prickly initially and rather unpracticed socially at the start of the series but over time improves and mellows out in not getting as angry/ready to Fight at the drop of a hat thanks to meeting/reuniting with Tohru Honda and her amazing sweet influence and love. He's there to be a dumbass (he thinks....Jason from the movies is....a bear....he's an idiot.) but a loveable one in that he really does Try. And improves in general even if he is forever the Weakest and Softest towards Tohru in particular. I'd probably take him from maybe either after around vol six where Tohru finds out about his True Form or perhaps around the beach arc where he Realizes he has Feelings (gasp! What a concept! That everyone did not already figure forever ago, this idiot....)? Maybe. I'd probably go with Blood Magic and Animal Magic for him? Because Cat. That's Obligatory to keep the ability to turn into animals/communicate. And those beads (if you know the backstory behind them you understand the Blood magic reasoning there). I figure going with earlier canon won't spoil everyone if others are being introduced through the recent anime adaption that is Finally animating the manga faithfully and properly in it's entirety that I've dreamed of getting forever. If not one of these two then prob someone else from my muselist, maybe a Disney or something. But I'm def considering this more now my other game is ending.

Fire Emblem: Three Houses App this, please!

Fire Emblem: Three Houses is a tactical RPG that mixes lighthearted social sim high school academy shenanigans with the slightly less lighthearted business of waging war. The protagonist becomes a professor at the Officer's Academy and chooses which of the three houses (lead by Edelgard, Dimitri and Claude, heirs to the three nations) to teach, with the story branching into different paths depending on the player's choices. Currently we have Dimitri, Felix and Sylvain from Azure Moon, and Claude and Dorothea from Verdant Wind. I would personally love more Golden Deer kids but anyone from any route would be much loved!

Mina Ashido My Hero Academia Enable me, please!

Mina here is an outgoing, obnoxious, fun-loving Hero In Training who intertwines breakdancing with fighting when up against Villains. She's incredibly loyal to her friends and is usually the first to speak up against something she views is wrong. She has a strong sense of justice and can be hot-headed and stubborn, but is naturally fun and bubbly to balance that out. Not to mention she's also... kind of a dumbass and gets into trouble pretty easily. Over all, she's a very fun character to play and to play with and easy for characters of all kinds to interact with! As for what I'm thinking of doing in Avalon-- Alchemy and Death are the primary and secondary magics I'd like her to have! Poisons come to mind as well as making ridiculous things through transmutation, and for Death I wanted to give her the ability to raise her own dance crew. Especially with the addition of social influencer like come on. Zombie Tik Toks. I'm a little worried about apping because I'm rusty at rping, and she's a very new muse for me, but I'd like to know if anyone would be interested if I applied or not!

Sailor Moon App this, please!

Here it is, the codifier of the magical girl genre as we know it today and many a fan’s gateway series to the world of anime and manga: the one named Sailor Moon! And if you’re canonblind: basically an ever-growing group of space princesses reincarnated on Earth become superheroes and fight evil by moonlight. (And hopefully win love by daylight~) For those wanting to pick up a muse or brush one off after a long spell, Miss Dream has a good quality, very complete scanlation, while the 90s anime is available on Hulu, and Crystal available on Hulu and Crunchyroll. Currently our cast features just Usagi Tsukino (Nea) and Makoto Kino (me, LWP!), both from the manga version of the series from the end of the Stars Arc, with Usagi featuring some CRAU as well! Honestly, we would just plain love anyone from the series: any of the fellow senshi, Mamoru, the cats and other allies, civilians, villains, manga, 90s anime, Crystal, live-action, any canon point, you name it! If you have a muse for them or are thinking of making that journal you’ve always dreamed of, definitely come try us out!

Princess Tutu App this, please!

Princess Tutu is an amazing anime about a town under siege by a maniacal writer who was killed before he finished his story so he forces it to happen regardless. Ahiru was a little duckling who turned into a human and then a magical girl to help give the prince his heart back, destined to disapper after professing her love, but her group of pals kept it from happening. She was turned back into a duck forever, so she is kind of happy about being a human again! You can watch the entire series on Amazon, there are only 26 episodes and they're short. I would die for a Fakir but Rue and Mytho are also wonderful and I would love them.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V App this, please!

Here it is, the fifth series of the ever-popular card game anime, Yugioh. For canonblind folks, well... card games with acrobatics, motorcycles, a dimensional war, four girls with the same face, four boys with the same face, four dimensions, four dragons, and copious amounts of suppressed emotions. Currently I’m the only one here from my cast with Yuzu Hiiragi, but I’m always down for some castmates! Any of Yuzu’s counterparts (Ruri/Rin/Serena) would be greatly appreciated as well. That being said... unapologetically screeches for bracelet girls please.

Lance Voltron: Legendary Defender Enable me, please!

Your resident casanova wannabe and jack of all trades, Paladin of the Red Lion (it used to be Blue, HOW COULD YOU BLUE?) and I am technically still deciding exactly where to take him from. He’s the resident sharpshooter as well, he has a bit of a green thumb and can even take care of a cow while on a space ship (Kaltenecker you are a national treasure)! When I say jack of all trades, Lance is your man. I’ll likely give him elemental and green magic because of the above but I’m also open to possibly changing that if anyone has any suggestions. That being said, my usual MO is that I take my characters from the end of their respective canons but I know S8 has uh......... issues. To say the least. Aside from cool Altean marks that Lance gets, I’m not exactly fond of anything else and I know given what happens at the end that is spoilery, I don’t want to put anyone in any awkward positions either if they’d prefer him not to be that far ahead! (Note: I’ll never take him from the actual epilogue, it’d be just before that if that helps anything). So! I’m also open to suggestions as well if so!

Shiro's from the end of Episode 1 of season 7, plus some CRAU, and has Elemental and Kinetic magic, though since he only got here two months ago and spent most of April sick as a space dog, he hasn't exactly mastered either of them yet.

Sasha "who's askin?" Racket Rusty Quill Gaming Enable me, please!

If anyone's looking for a tiny scarred-up androgynous super-rogue who blends into the shadows like black ink sliding down the smooth surface of a black wall, who also used charisma as a dump stat, have I got the girl for you. She'll steal your gold, befriend your gargoyles, hoard knives like a dragon hoards treasure, and might eventually stutter out that you're her friend if you're trustworthy enough. Seriously though, Sasha is a very awkward person who loves daggers more than most people, gets excited by bombs and fast vehicles, and develops crushes based on acrobatics rolls. Treat her with kindness and she will save your butt repeatedly, but always warn her if you're going for a hug so she can somehow disappear into her own shadow. I'm torn between Dark and Kinetic magic, but I'd probably end up going for kinetic and just staring longingly at shadow manipulation. Other than that I love forming cr, going on adventures, and hopefully maybe found family.

Gran (MC) Granblue Fantasy Enable me, please!

Listen Relic Buster is one of my favorite classes ok bye Gran's the protag of Granblue Fantasy, and ready to fight for those he cares for! As a typical shonen protagonist. But surprisingly he's calmer than most, tending to keep to himself and think things through before speaking. He's also really smart, but his unassuming appearance will make people think otherwise. But that doesn't mean he's not impulsive, reckless, and stupid at the same time. Once his friends (or Lyria) is involved, nothing will stand in his way to make sure they are safe! It usually ends with him being a bit beaten, but he's happy in the end so he doesn't complain! I'm not sure on magics (though he'll definitely see it as something really cool) and familiars, though I am thinking of kinetic magic for him! We'll see how it goes because this is really spur of the moment!

In all seriousness, Symphogear is a series about girls singing while fighting and saving the world from different villains that really hate the moon. It's all on Crunchyroll if you want to watch it. Resident Evil is a series of Survival Horror games that follows individuals surviving viral outbreaks that create zombies and other mutant monsters. It often centers around incidents related to the super-shady Umbrella Corporation and various police/military units & civilians that get stuck cleaning up their messes. Who We Have: Claire Redfield & Sherry Birkin Who We'd Love: Chris Redfield & Leon Kennedy are the ones Claire would be happiest to see. Dragon Quest XI is the latest in the long running Dragon Quest series but you don't need to have played the other ones to enjoy it. It's a fairy tale adventure that might not have surprising twists but does have a very tight and emotional narrative. The story touches on themes of forgiveness and revenge and puns. So many puns. Our cast includes Hendrik, Jade, Jasper and the Luminary, all from Act II (Jade is from the end while all others come from the beginning.). We'd love Erik, Rab, Serena, Sylvando and Veronica.

Let's help build a new fashion empire in Avalon! Miwako's starting her own fashion line, but it sure is lonely, hard work doing it all by herself... She's not got the endless creative energy like George has, Isabella's not here to feed her, no one could top Caroline as her top model (sorry), and uh she needs Arashi around for non-fashion-related reasons... It's such a rare treat to have a ParaKiss cast that I literally don't expect it at all but hey, can't hurt to post, closed mouths don't get fed!

DT17 is a reboot of the beloved 1987 classic, but with much more drama, heartbreak, laughs, and nightmare fuel! The world's richest duck, Scrooge McDuck, finally reunites with his family, and the series dives in to find out why they were apart in the first place. Robotic superheroes! Edgy shadowchildren! Imperfect parents! Ghost butlers! A lovingly mocking episode all about 90s television which makes you cringe so hard you can never watch it again! We've already got Della Duck, Fenton Crackshell-Cabrera/Gizmoduck and Drake Mallard/Darkwing Duck! For DW, his best friend Launchpad McQuack or newly adopted daughter Gosalyn Waddlemeyer would help his heroics! Fenton might like to see his love interest/personal catwoman Gandra Dee or his awful mentor Gyro Gearloose! As for Della, bring on the triplets! Panicky but wise Huey, dramatic but heartfelt Dewey, or greedy but clever Louie! But with such a HUGE cast, we'd literally love anyone!

An idol reverse-harem anime (originally a visual novel, also a mobage) that starts with 6 guys, evolves into 11 and then it's suddenly 18 (7 being anime only). And there's still just one of the main girl. We have several different personalities, nice side characters and great music. The story itself is your basic they make a debut and then try to survive the idol industry type of a thing where we also see them do other things than just singing. I play Ren who is part of the original 6. He hasn't seen any of his band mates in over six months. Last month he was joined by Camus from a rival band, however. Both are anime side. Oda Kipposhi Fate/Grand Order Enable me, please!

okay so obviously this would be my second fgo character, but he would genuinely NOT have any reason to even acknowledge Gareth's (or eve Kadoc's) existence, so i ain't feelin bad about it. Kipposhi is the second stage of Nobunaga's Avenger Class form (it's a long story), taking the form of a male-presenting, youthful Fool of Owari. He's just as deeply extra as every other version of Nobunaga, but there's an even more young man's vibrance to it, making him louder, possibly more stupid, and being prone to solving his problems by shooting at them and/or lighting them on fire. Calls himself a Demon King/Devil King and everyone is just going to have to deal with all that comes with that.

Baiken is a character inspired by the bloody and dark samurai dramas that populated Japanese cinemas in the 50s and 60s. She had everything she ever knew or love destroyed when she was young, and has since dedicated herself to revenge on the person she knows is responsible. She's gruff, surly, prone to drinking and smoking, and just generally nasty to be around. But beneath it all, there is a kindness in her, one that still makes her human. But if you asked her, she'd tell you she was a half-dead wraith in search of her own end. So, grim stuff.

Victor S. Court Bravely Default Enable me, please!

Victor is a polite young doctor who is by no means a bad decision maker! His scientific work made his home known as a land of everlasting life. He believes people have common ground in living and feeling emotions and claims that outweighs any differences. But he also disregards boundaries and violates ethics to keep a dying girl alive. Consequently he would be eager to delve into Avalon's magic for perfectly good reasons. I could go with the obvious combination of light and healing magic for him but given his character blood or death might be interesting? His familiar will be a fairy - and if you've played Bravely Default you'll know she will cause no trouble whatsoever.

Oooooh Victor! I like Victor and he definitely made good decisions. Many, many good decisions. It would be interesting to have Adelle meet him and have some of the similarities and differences with Luxendarc and Excillant come out?

Not to mention, like, the efforts to keep someone dear alive will resonate with Adelle. In good and bad ways.

A3! is a great series about a brokeass theater that needs saving from yakuza debt but has no actors, so the MC ends up getting roped into a challenge to form 4 troupes and perform 4 plays, and if any one of them don't sell out on closing night, the whole theater gets demolished by a yakuza debt collector. There's a lot more story than that, but don't wanna spoil nothing. Taichi from Autumn Troupe is here on his own, and would love anyone to come along! Please come play with the puppy, thank you. 'u'

Rita Mordio Tales of Vesperia Enable me, please!

Rita is a lead researcher at the Imperial Blastia Research Lab for her homeworld's largest empire; in practice this means that, at fifteen, she's the foremost magical researcher on the planet, has developed a new form of magic all on her own, crafted at least one magical artifact of her own design, and has Very Important Opinions on magic. So she's going to be very, very miffed to get to Avalon and find that, not only can she not cast artes or contact spirits, but that there's another system of magic here and it doesn't play nicely with anything she's learned to date. She'll pick things up fast enough - she's very intelligent, partly because spell design requires some math and science, but also very headstrong and prone to explosions. Of both the social and physical varieties. She's going to have elemental magic in one of her slots because she'd have an even worse attitude if she couldn't respond to things she didn't like (including opinions and people) with fireballs, but I'm not quite sure what to throw in the other one, so I'm entertaining suggestions for that - alchemy might be fun so she can keep crafting? I also need to give her a familiar she'll appreciate (read: attempt to explode on a regular basis), so maybe a polwigle or something. I'm thinking, either pull her from postgame so she can idly wonder what's going wrong now; pull her from just after the event that opens Act 2; or just before the final battle so she can assume something's gone terribly wrong and it's probably their fault. I'm leaning postgame though. I'm already here with Miku Kohinata so I have a vague idea how I want things to go? Maybe? I hope? I'm so bad at initial planning half the time, so maybe if I start thinking about it early, I'll have a solid idea by the time apps open. forgive me I never have GIFs for anything, here's a screencap, sob Rita is very much a scholar and will want to immediately dive into magic research. She won't care much for politics unless it becomes relevant to her somehow, she befriends someone it's important to, or it becomes relevant to her magic research. Also, uh, she's going to be a library rat by the end of her first day in Camelot. She can be a little abrasive, and a touch sadistic, and moderately self-centered. But if you can get past her walls she's loyal to a fault and will stop at precious little to keep her important people safe. You'll just have to survive her long enough to get there.

I've been kinda starting on Vesperia for a replay myself with getting the DE. I mean I've only just Rita in the party so I am not that far in yet but. She's great and I'd love to see her here esp with the scholar angle and all! I have Colette here instead of Estelle but. Kinda sorta cast ala Tales idk. Or something. I get the feeling she would have interesting cr with the not!Angel.

I could def see alchemy being her thing though! I'd say that could work well alongside elemental for Rita.
